Visited an actual store for the first time, after previously being an online only customer. It was well arranged and tidy, but (and I don't blame the store as such as there's a high chance rituals itself just doesn't have the stock to send out to its stores) several products were missing.
I came in wanting to try a room spray I'd seen online and liked the sound of, but I couldn't seem to see it as only the diffusers and candles in that scent were on display. I asked the member of staff who approached us if it was in stock and she claimed that scent wasn't even made in a room spray and pointed me to the ones that were in stock.
The scent I wanted was from the private collection which only has a small range of scents anyway and wasn't an online exclusive or anything. Even me as a customer knows which scents come in the a full range of candles, diffusers and room sprays, which scents just come in candles and diffusers and which scents only come in candles so I find it hard to believe a member of staff wouldn't know this. I felt like she knew it wasn't in stock so just lied it didn't exist to get me to buy something in store right now rather than go home and order online or try nearby John Lewis for example. As such I've...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe are very regular customers of Rituals and we will be as we love the brand so much. However the staff on this store (Brent Cross) and specially the manager working on the late shift on Wednesday 4th of November are the most rude you ever imagine. We had to make a serious complaint to customer service. I can see they have been rude to many other people and this is not acceptable. I don't recommend to go here at all. Go to any other branches in central London where the staff is always so nice and helpful. The manager in this store should not be allowed to work on customer service. She is absolutely awful. After being so rude, shout and talk no sense. She called security on us.... And we can see from previous reviews that she has done it before. This is the way she solve issues instead of being a professional. This review is based on her and the team in there, and not about the brand which we love. They just not represent it. We think the name of this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I love rituals and have been a big fan for the last few years. I know and read about new products that come out, so when I go the shop, I know what Iām doing and what Iām looking for. Unfortunately this years staff in Brent cross, keeps on asking you questions on whether you need help. I say no thank you Iām just browsing, and after 5 min they come up to me again and says, this is my favorite, and slowly makes you buy other stuff that you donāt really want or need. Very annoying, rituals concept is about mind, body and calmness. I canāt even have that when entering their shop. Like for Gods sake just leave me alone to have a look, if I say no thank you. And what they recommend of perfumes and creams is not always what you may like. Everyoneās got different preferences. Love rituals but the staff trying to make you buy unnecessary things, deters you from shopping...
