DO NOT GO THERE. I had many bad experiences with this very branch At beginning I was justifying the mistakes as it was new branch but now there is no more excuses!!!! Staff get the orders wrong all the time, if you sit there for one hour only you could just see the amount of complaints from people getting their order totally wrong. If you go evening time, it’s you best shot to have chicken pop corn or some very old wings as you will never never see burger, and that is completely unprofessional. But what drove me crazy today was just another very bad, unprofessional situation. I went two days ago to get 2 stacked burger and 2 corn, simple not complicated order for take away. When I arrived home there was only one burger and the two corns. So my husband called them to check it out and one of the staff said he realised he had given me the order missing and then he gave us his name and said to come again and just give them his name and they will give me another one I went today, I ordered one for me and asked them about the other one that they missed last time as a take away. I had my burger which I couldn’t eat as one of the chicken slices was still row ( yeh yeh row chicken), I simply throw it away as I did not want more drama and then asked them kindly to have the other one take away. One member of staff told me that the manager refused to give me a replacement as I did not have the receipt , I told them the name of the guy we spoke to on the phone ( as unfortunately the guy was not in today) and asked them to speak to him, even I gave them the order number but they just refused. Read moreI was in the shopping mall with my family and unfortunately we decide to eat KFC and our bad luck put us in a such bad experience. Very rude staff , most of the items in the menu not available, I ordered family feast 10 pieces, I wanted 2 corn cop and after I ordered another staff came and she started to talk in a very inappropriate way and she said we are in a busy time and we can’t prepare sweet corn change your order , I asked her politely what do you mean by busy time do you have or not ,I can wait , she answered no we don’t have it and kept talking in a very rude way as if I am begging for my food the other staff said we have it she said to her stop and asked her to do something else and she canceled my order and started from the beginning and said we don’t have and it is company rules not what you want. After I finished the order , I asked for plates they said we don’t have plates , no other drinks only Pepsi diet after I left , no spoons for the beans and coleslaw so I had to go back , poor serves , bad hygiene, bad Oder of the place , tables not clean . Simply I regret it and will never eat here again.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 7 years and have never had any issues until the past couple of months. Unfortunately, on my last few visits, I’ve been repeatedly told that the chicken pieces I want are unavailable, and that I would have to wait up to 30 minutes. This has happened three times in a row. I understand the location is busy, but it seems that the staff are either not managing stock efficiently or are unwilling to serve. What’s more upsetting is the attitude of the staff. When I politely asked about the availability this last time, I was met with rudeness. I even mentioned, “If you don’t want to serve me, just tell me,” due to how dismissive their tone was. This kind of behavior is really disappointing and not reflective of the service I’ve come to expect from KFC.
