Vintners' Hall — Attraction in London

I stayed in a twin bedroom whilst attending a Worshipful Company event at another nearby city hall. The room had no en-suite (which I was aware of at time of booking) but did have a basin. Whilst the room was a little dated, it was very clean and presentable. The bathroom and loo were very clean too, as were the towels. The provision of a bath robe was a good addition. Our meal was amazing. My wife had the prawn cocktail followed by salmon fish cake and requested a poached egg and I had moules marniere followed by the pork fillet. Not only was the food excellent but also arrived piping hot (my other experiences with some restaurants has been with food arriving luke warm). The service was really great. Remarkable building with the architecture dating to old British era. Right on the banks of the river Thames on the North side. Has beutiful decor inside with memerising ceiling. Has some offices on hire and also has a beautiful hall for venue hire. Although, parking can be a nightmare in this part of London but easy to get to by public transport.
