In my 10 years in the city, I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. on my travels around the world, I have never been treated with the level of disrespect that I experienced at this poor establishment.
I'm not one to give bad reviews and I'm not easily antagonised. This special case requires special attention and I hope the relevant disciplinary actions take place.
I attempted to order my second drink and the bartender didnt like my request for a cold bottle of coke with my drink and proceeds to aggressively throw my drink into the sink. her colleagues stare with shock because of the unbelievable attitude displayed as she storms off. my comments following this incident were 'this is crazy'.
We go outside and come back in and I attempt to buy another drink from another member of staff. They take my order and walk to the other side of the bar to get my drink but to my amazement, she returns and says she has been told not to serve me drinks.
In an attempt to save her face Lucy (i think) told her colleague that I was too drunk to have further drinks. In an attempt to get my third drink the bar staff ignore me at the bar for 10 minutes. after realising I'm not being served I confront the manager again and she proceeds to call me delusional. after waiting another 20 minutes without being served I leave the establishment.
This was an appalling show of service that was well below the service an animal at a zoo probably gets.
I asked for the names of the staff in question to avoid others being tarnished with the same brush but who knows if this is even correct - LUCY, MILLANIA, LAURA and THE...
