Beautiful views of snowdonia, beach, forest and picnic area, water clear, visitors respectful to litter and area was clean beach, dogs are not allowed signs allocated but people ignored still, bbqs used to be allowed but no more due to threat of fires to the forests, beach dies have alot of sand flies, toilets at parking area clean and well maintained, occasionally you will find an ice cream van trader very reasonable pricing and availability to pay by card. Easy walk along the beach, then up to the headland towards the lighthouse. Views from the small headland there up and down the coast. When we visited in December 2024 there were seabirds, and dolphins! Great to see. The dolphins stayed for a while, just circling round where there were some rocks and seaweed.
