Read moreLove this place. Great for kids. Staff are always polite & good to talk to. Except in the phone shops were they pretend to know what they are talking about & are generally unhelpful. The security staff are very good, friendly and out to protect visitors. Those gentleman at Silverburn are vigilant. The food has always been good in the rest restaurants I have been to. The lighting in the hall is good, not bright so you don't feel like you have to wear sunglasses, but could be better around the stalls. The general cleaniness is very good, but some stores such are M&S & TK Maxx need to hover their floors, including the changing rooms. Dust sticks to clothes. Makes you feel you have to wash any new clothes. The hall is wide, tall, bright and airy. The shops are all good sizes. The cinema is brilliant. Like the different sizes of cinema screens. The lighting in the entrance, corridors and cinemas are very good and together with the décor makes it relaxing and fun. The general cleaniness is good, including the rest rooms. Parking is very good. It is free to park and there is a large option of places to park. The M&S car park in spaces & convenient for the store. The Tesco carpark has a max 2 hour stay. The rest do not have a limit. The best parking is in the multi-storey car park. Easy entrance and exit. Shelter from the weather. Green ceiling light show free spaces. Good lighting. Good entrances to shops on every level with both stairs and lifts as options. The third floor has an entrance straight into Debenhams. This car park can be very busy in December and hard to get out. There is a Tesco petrol station, which includes a car wash and, air for tyers. Silverburn is a friendly trusted...

My first experience was a disaster...
The server had absolutely no customer service skills. Didn't take my order correctly, did not know the menu, did not clarify the correct prices and proceeded to charge me £26 for a coffee, fruit drink and several mixed minibons.
The coffee was rank, even Greggs could get a better coffee prepared for half the price.
The dragon fruit cooler tasted absolutely disgusting, 90% sugar, no ice and a genuine waste of money. The cinnabons are stodgy, not fresh and taste bogging. If it were not for the fact the bons are caked in sauce and toppings they would be unedible.
The staff are not trained correctly, have no skills to greet customers, waiting times which it was quiet are scandalous and the whole team look completely lost at sea. The queue does not work, no signs or clear path to show where to queue correctly.
The manager of this branch needs retrained, however this store is destined to fail with the exceptionally high prices, poor organisation and customer service.
Recommend everyone avoid here and try an independent bakery like Outlier and you'll be amazed how much fresher everything tastes, support local people not the shite American chains looking to make a quick buck off the hype on...
