If I could have given a zero for my experience on today I would. Freeze is one of the places that I like to go to get frozen yogurt for 89 year old Grandmother. She loves frozen yogurt so it’s an opportunity for me to sit and share it with her. Today was five dollar fill up. My aunt and I went into freeze and we were approached by an older worker. She was definitely not the young chipper guy that’s usually there. The lady that was working on that day stood and watched us while we prepared our yogurt. It made my aunt very uncomfortable because she literally stood and watched us after we told he we didn’t need any assistance. I mean it’s not hard to get frozen yogurt out of a machine. Perhaps she thought we were going to take something (because we are African Americans). What could we possibly take... some cups to put the yogurt in? I dare not think that she would think it’s possible to take an entire machine out of the store without her seeing. Who does that? My Aunt was very upset and I had to calm her down because of how we were treated. I don’t wanna make assumptions but we are two black African-American women. Regardless of our color our money spends the same.Once we approached the counter that same lady was very stingy with the toppings. Mind you today is five dollar fill up. I asked for cherries and she gave me two as if I were a two-year-old. Her customer service was horrible and because of this experience I will have to find another place to get frozen yogurt to share with my grandmother. Only prayer is that she does not treat another customer like this. Horrible! She does not need to be working in a customer service job because she’s got a run the...
Read moreMy family and I came today for a sweet treat, the reviews seemed good so we came. Overall this place is not what it’s hyped up to be, at all. There were 8 flavors to chose from, I tasted all and the only flavor that was semi decent was strawberry, the other flavors taste like severely watered down versions of that true flavor. One of the employees said the flavors aren’t that good, stick with strawberry or pineapple. There aren’t many options of fresh toppings for your yogurt. You’re not allowed to scoop your own toppings (which I understand) but you can’t see the cool/refrigerated toppings as the cover is metal you are solely relying on an employee to decide what’s “freshest.” I wish there was a better way to request the amount of toppings you receive lol. I wanted a few brownie and cheesecake pieces, that turned into my entire cup being loaded with both to where the yogurt wasn’t even seen and the toppings were spilling over off the cup; which for some may be cool but for me it wasn’t. Three yogurt cups was over $35.00. Which we all three tossed in the trash once we left due to the extreme disappointment of the flavors and the topping flavors...
Read moreWow, this was one of the strangest frozen yogurt shops I've ever been to. First we went because we saw online that they offered rolled ice cream - they don't. Okay, so we decided to just get frozen yogurt since we were there. Some machines were just off, others had a couple of flavors. Most were a bit soupy. Then the strange part. Time for toppings - but here they have way less options than other places and it's not self serve. You hand your cup to a person behind plexiglass, tell them what you want and they decide how much to put on - so, lots. Some of the toppings were things like peanut butter cups - they said, like Reese's but store brand. Everything was cheap versions. Then they give the cup full of toppings back and tell you to put syrups on it - bottles are sticky. Then hand it back for the weigh in for the $12 cup of toppings with some yogurt on the bottom. .. paid for it, so we ate it... But the whole process and generic versions were strange. Then for an extra topping - went to wash hands and couldn't - somebody left some soft serve in...
