Racist clerks. Today I went into the store to get groceries. Normally I go to the Smiths up the street but I wanted to try something different. Probably a bad idea. As I made my way to the self check out, the cashier or attendant there immediately singled me out. Either being racist or what have you but she singled me out. Out of all the people checking out, she immediately went behind her desk/computer and started watching me scan my items from her computer. I scanned all the items, and proceeded to check out, she then asked loudly, "did you scan that?" Which was the meat assortment for 19.99. Which I did, there was a bar code. I said yes. She then said "nope I don't see it." Reading it from her computer. She came over and saw a different item was scanned (which I did not know, I scanned the bar code on the package so I don't see how it was my mistake.) she then fixed the problem which I was not against, as long as I pay for my items honestly. But then, she goes to my basket and leans in and says there shouldnt be two bar codes. hinting that i must have changed it? I said nothing and continued checking out. She stood right beside me and watched my every move. I even got on my phone for a few minutes to see if she was actually watching me. I paid and Once I was done, she did not even say have a good day as she was doing to every other customer that checked out there. Like I was a criminal or someone she did not like. For no reason! I did nothing to indicate I was untruthful and i mainly kept quiet through out interaction. There is also no reason I would steal. Very ridiculous, racist, and rude. Never going to shop here again until they retrain...

I've been shopping there for about 7 years. The specials are not always programmed into the cash registers. I went in today and bought $140 worth of food. The store brand flavored seltzer water 12 packs were clearly marked 2 for $5.00 along the shelf underneath in a few places. When the cashier, who was a manager or asst. manager, cashed me out, the seltzer rang up as 3 for $10.00. I told him it was 2 for $5.00. He said "no, that's for name brand sodas." I said it would be nice if the price in the register matched the price on the shelf. Again, he said the price was what is was because I was buying seltzer.
I paid because I was tired and just wanted to leave. I parked the cart and went back to the shelf and ripped off one of the signs to show him. Then he believed me and offered to give me the difference. I said "no thanks." I didn't need their charity.
What really burned me was the attitude coming from at least an asst manager that there was no way I could be correct. He was right and I was wrong, period. He didn't ask where the price was located or what sodas where there by the sticker or any questions to try to help me. I was just wrong and that was that. Then again, I guess I'm foolish for living here 25 years now and still expecting to encounter true customer service. So much for the customer always being right. Don't think I'll go...

Terrible service at The Flower Shop. I had two friends who bought flowers online as a gift to have it delivered to my house. The first one was last March 4, I took a picture, sent it to my friend for her to see what I got. Friend said that it was a small arrangement vs what she ordered. Then today, I had another flower and discovered that it was missing chocolates and a bear that goes with the order because the dedication mentioned it. I called the flower shop only to be told that if I want the missing items I had to pick it up from there because she forgot to include it in the order or I can call U flower to settle the discount back to the one who ordered it? Why would I be the one to do that when she was the one who forgot to include the items in the delivery. She was very rude when I ask the number to call and she said it was in the card but the number on the card only says Albertsons Market. She told me to google it! WOW Just WoW! So if I hadn’t known there were items missing from these online order that my friend did, they are not going to refund her? Lady even played it saying I was trying to disrespect her because I was SHOUTING at her when I was just expressing how terrible the service is. What a customer service you have there. She said she’s going to get back to me but did not even dared ask about my number! Way to go Flower Shop! AVOID ORDERING...
