I use to go to nails time all the time, but I eventually stopped going because of an experience I had with an employee (Sam) about two years ago. I told him how I wanted a nail design and he was very rude and told me it would not look good and he was just being very rude the whole time he even made a comment about my hair tie on my wrist & how it was bothering him, So I stopped going. I decided to give the salon a chance again as it had been about two years since my last bad experience. I asked for simple pink tip design as you can see in first photo and the next couple of photos are what I got. I realized after I left that nail polish was left on the side of my nails and the arrows were even uneven on my fingers, it was so bad. (My nails were also way too short) So I went back in to get them fixed the next day and the lady shaped them better, but said that I had to keep the length of the nails because that’s what I picked. Which is understandable but I had shown the first lady the picture of the nails and I wanted them a little bit long, I picked out the length but she kept filling and filling leaving them way too short. I appreciate that she reshaped my nails and re did the design for me, but after two weeks of growing out, I could tell how uneven the acrylic powder was, and the gel nail polish on top was bubbly too. I’ve never had a pair of nails grow out so ugly. (Last picture) the nails were $62 (not including tip) and I really don’t think they were worth that. I will never be going back.

The man that did my nails did amazing. But the reason it's not 5 starts is because the environment is not clean. Or covid safe. They use the previous supplies from the other person. No new supplies are used. No supplies are disinfected. No plastic screens are used while doing your nails. A lady did not have her mask on and no one from staff said anything to her. My nails were amazing tho. Just wished it was more clean.

Always great service and walk-ins are welcome. If they have a long wait they will let you leave and come back without losing your spot in line. I just get gel pedicures and sometimes manicures here. My daughter gets beautiful flowers painted on her nails and they are efficient here too. So glad I stumbled on this place!

LISTEN WHEN YOU LOOK AT THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!

It was my first time at this salon and none of their prices were posted online or in the store so we asked them what the price was for a gel mani-pedi. They said $48 originally for a gel mani pedi with additional costs for extras like french tip. We decided it would be worth it since my grandmother recommended it to us. My mom got just a regular gel painting and they charged her 24 DOLLARS!!! There are two downsides to this. It was originally $22 for just a gel painting so they overcharged her. ALSO IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE. WE PAID IN CASH SO NO TAX INCLUDED AND WE GAVE A TIP! I got my fingernails done in gel with the french tip, expecting that this was a part of the mani-pedi with the extra $12 for the french tip on nails and toes. I was also paying with cash so I expected it to be 60 dollars. The wait was long to get my toes done so I decided that I would go home and wait the time out and when I went to check out I said, "should I just pay for all of the mani pedi now?" They said no but charged me $30. I expected that the next time I came I would pay the extra $30. My mom dropped me off so I went inside by myself. I finished with my pedicure and they charged me $45 DOLLARS FOR THE MANI-PEDI!!!!!!!!!! IN TOTAL I HAD PAID 75 DOLLARS FOR A MANI-PEDI THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 60. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A FULL MANICURE!!!!!!!!!!! We went back in and they said no you had the extra french tip which is 12 and then I said "Ya but everything was 60 dollars. Then she said that that part was only for the gel so a gel mani-pedi was 60 so they ripped us off by saying it was 48 plus extras. Also they overcharged me 3 dollars. they charged me 75 for something that was supposed to be apparently 72. I WORKED VERY HARD FOR MY OWN MONEY DOGSITTING, BABYSITTING MY SIBLINGS, AND MORE DONT BE SCAMMED OF YOUR MONEY TEENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND SCAMMED OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

ALSO THE PLACE WAS FULL OF DUST EVERYWHERE, PLEASE JUST GO...

Heather was able to fit me in last minute for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She convinced me to get the deluxe pedicure which came at a hefty $48.00 (their menu said the price was $36.00). Heather also insisted on putting clear dip on my nails because "they are so thin" as she stated and she was afraid the gel wouldn't last then charged me $50.00 for a full set. I get gel manicures every two weeks and they last about 3 weeks when I go a little longer. My total came to $105 plus tip. In hindsight I wish I wouldn't have tipped her because she deliberately upsold services to gain more money. Heather did a decent pedicure job and the manicure I was supposed to get was basically her applying dip and gel, she didn't trim my cuticles or clean up my nail bed and didn't apply lotion. In a pinch like this time, I would go to Heather again but if I have a choice I will stick to my nail salon and my lady because she's amazing!! Nails Time is not very clean which makes me think I could catch an infection there, each nail station is dirty and isn't thoroughly cleaned after each person. The same goes for the pedicure stations. I sat at the nail station and there was old nail shavings and old nails from previous...
