Mor Furniture for Less — Attraction in Albuquerque

We got our current couch used and have had it going on 10 years and knew that we had to get a new one very soon. After looking around for so long online with no real finds for our needs we had to come to grips with having to go into a physical store which we dreaded due to past experiences with furniture store salespersons constantly up our backside trying to up sale the most expensive stuff on the showroom floor. BUT! I can tell you that this Mor location was not like that at all. We first popped into this location in the Cottonwood mall on a Saturday and as we were looking around Anthony came over and let us know that he was there if we had any questions and let us just wander around and test everything out on our own. We ended up leaving a bit later and came back on Monday where we were again greeted by Anthony who did remember us and, again, just let us test things out on our own and only when we had questions did he engage with us and showed us features on two different couches were were looking at. Once we decided which one we wanted we started the process of financing for the new couch and was out the door with a new couch to be delivered within 30ish minutes.

On May 29th, we took a trip to Mor. Once we walked in, rather than being greeted, we had to seek out a salesperson, who ended up being Anthony. We were interested in barstools, so he pointed in the general direction and went on his way. Once we found the barstools that we were interested in, we once again had to seek out Anthony, the salesperson. We explained to him that we needed the barstools same day and he assured us that they were in the warehouse and would be available for pick up the next day. However, this was a complete & utter lie, just to get the sale. I reached out to the warehouse the next day in order to see how late they were open and also to confirm that the stools were ready for pickup and was told that they were being shipped and would not be available for pick up until June 4th. If the barstools were not available for pick up the next day, all we ask is that you be upfront and honest. However, rather than wanting to do what was best for us as the customer, he was thinking about his commission. If you are looking for a helpful, honest and friendly salesperson, do not ask...

I am a returning customer because of the furniture quality, value and excellent customer service. In January I stopped by to browse and was assisted by Nick who was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Home remodeling would be over in a few more weeks and I decided to wait until remodeling was complete. In February, I returned and was assisted by Anthony Sanchez. Anthony is a terrific professional, strong work ethic, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Delivery was scheduled and used the text messaging system for updates. A courtesy call was received informing delivery will be there in 30 minutes. Very satisfied with Mor Furniture for Less and strongly recommended it. I have made several purchases in the past 16 years at the Menaul location and this recent purchase was at the cottonwood mall location… great experiences every time.
