I'm updating this 5/9/2016because I dropped off my friend today. My friend who had to file a police report yesterday against her coworker again a guy threatening her and her white management dont care because shes black. So went went filed charges.She also was getting sexually harrassed reported it numerous times and was constantly ignored.... So when i dropped her off just now a round rock officer walked up to my car and gave me a tresspass notice. I asked him why he said management just didnt want me there. They have no valid reason other than they are hiding something. Like i explained to the officer (who was completely professional and polite) I'm currently in the process of having the job investigated for a number of things. So I signed the tresspass and left. This is how five guys is being represented in round rock Texas. And sadly I'm starting to think the entire corporation endorses this thinking and behavior. Whichever I'm determined to be heard. I'm adding a post I posted onto the Round Rock #1338 store's review page. I'm going to continue to complain until someone do something about this store and their racist ways. I love the original owners, I truely Love Them from their story and how the company theoretically is set up to further their crew in life. I love the whole premises and concept of their brand. I love how #1 is customer service, but the management in place now for the round rock area is shameful with this being 2016. Everything I say is backed up in statistics. Compare the employees who get in trouble by black and non black and you'll see with causing more trouble the white people never get fired. I use to love that job so much and still do minus the problems there. I'm just so frustrated they completely mess over people and answer to no one. Within two months I came to five guys and became manager I received 3 raises in that time. I'm a great five guys example. Just happen to be black and know my worth. And speak up when wrong is being done... I'm in the process of finding people to check into things just slow not being in the upper circles but I'll get it done. People checks are constantly wrong. Its a lot and I just wish the owners knew because you're brand might be growing with non black people but your definitely losing black customers every day. They walk in the store get disrespected nothing is done. Nothing is important when it's involving black s, its always just be patient. They are killing your brand.... They fired me for questioning them about my missing over time pay and my raise I was owed for performance. But waited amd conjured up lies to get me pushed out. Regardless of all my documented proof i had. The HR ignore everything toldbto her. All the white people there constantly get in trouble but never lose there job. Like the one employee who disrespected the military gentlemen, he is still there disrespecting people daily. But he is white so he get a pass. Now I just had to pick up my friend who work there. She got sent home by her manager after reporting another employee coming in and threatening her. When I came in to pick up my friend just now the manager who sent her home told me before I opened my mouth that she don't have time for it. Wow. Your employee get threatened and u don't have time for it? Only cause the person getting threatend was black. Five guys is white washed and good old boy. I'm in the process now with the state to have them inspected for my missing pay. They just fire you when you start asking to many questions about stuff. Horrible upper management to say the least. If you have your own brain you can't stay. The job is made to hire and produce robots. Not to hire and produce great strong...

Two weeks ago I had ordered online from the company website and arrived a couple of minutes before my order was supposed to be completed. My name was called and announced that I had arrived to the restaurant. I received my milkshake 2 minutes after I checked in, and proceeded to wait for another 25 minutes as 9 customers who came in after me received their orders before me, in addition to 4 customers who had also ordered online. When I brought it up to one of the employees attention that I had been skipped, he responded with an "Oops my bad" and told me that "it'll be all right." This event was overlooked as I had 13 years of good experiences with the company and being from a food and beverage manufacturing background myself, I understand how mistakes can happen. Fast forward to tonight, 5/25/17, an order was placed, which I arrived on time. When I arrived, I was told that my order was not in the system, and asked if I had ordered to the correct Five Guys. To this, I showed my confirmed order number and reiterated that I ordered to the respective 7622 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306 address, to which my order was still not visible. I manually re-ordered everything and expressed disappointment with the service. I was told by the manager that I had caused the situation by putting in a later time for it to be picked up (Which I have screenshots showing that my order was placed for immediate pickup), and that in the future I need to call in addition to ordering online to make sure that the order goes through. I voiced disappointment but took my order home thinking that it would be the end of it, only to find out that my order had been triple charged. The money I had left for my internet bill was now shortened, as I was charged an additional $56 from the restaurant, which will result in a late fee unfortunately. I was told by the manager that it would take 24 to 72 hours for the money to go back into my bank account. In all 13 years, I would not have thought that I would stop going to Five Guys. It was a place that I really had enjoyed going to. ...
   Read moreI have been going to five guys for the awesome burgers and french fries for ever. My wife got sick 4 years ago and passed. The doctors told her no burgers and fried food anymore so I gave up everything she had to give up. With that I lost 90 lb and have kept it off. Last night I decided to break my tradition and go get 2 junior cheeseburgers loaded. We also got a Medium fry because I knew that the small fries were quite a lot and we wanted more fries. Long story short The burgers were overcooked. The french fries came in a little 12oz. white cup. Now I remember that the fries, especially the small order of fries was quite a large amount for two people and in the little white cup but overflowing into the bag. I could not believe that the medium french fries I ordered just filled the little white cup What happens when you order a small fry today You get a shot glass of french fries so the fries cost $6.30, they a burgers were $8.99 each. 2 Sodas was around $5.00 So all said and done at five guys for two people to get two cheeseburgers a medium french fry in two sodas cost around $33.50 For that kind of money I will be heading to my local family-owned burger joint... I will never be in a Five Guys again. I'm so sorry to say that but it was the worst experience I've had in all my years.b
PS, One more thing, Not only have they gone downhill with the burgers and french fries,. But, they used to give you the little plastic cups on the counters and you could pump your ketchup into the cups now they don't even do that they just give you the little bags that hold no ketchup in them and you have to work your butt off to rip them open and squeeze out the ketchup it's just in that time frame I have not seen anything go downhill so fast and so bad. Very sad very sad there are signs all over the building and every five guys that were written years ago by newspapers and magazines on how wonderful and how good they were, well those signs should be all taken down because this company should be ashamed of how they cook and serve their...
