A lot of new construction on top of and near places I've been going since I was a teenager. It's not a bad place to go for a low-key, standard American evening. See a film. Eat a burger. Give spare change to the homeless.

Plus -- and I hesitate to even point this out -- but, this place has the best free wifi in town, the whole open area around the intersection. You can sit by the fountains with a box of Chinese food and watch Netflix, outdoors, with friends and passers-by, this place is magic if you accept the energy of all the converging vectors.

With people living extremely nearby now in the adjacent apartments and the Sprouts around the corner, it seems like Alhambra Place is growing a new pulse and has plenty of lighting to feel safe, new eats, but enough character to feel lived in...

Great variety of produce. Customer service not so great. During my visit to Sprouts, I find that the workers there are unhappy and rude. Cashier can be a hit or miss. During check out they can be rough with your items. For example, I purchased a bag of Banana Chips; after they have rang the item up, they went ahead and slam my bag down. I was in shock how they would treat items that were purchased. Sadly, my banana chips were broken into smaller pieces but still yummy. I've also witnessed a staff member being very rude to a customer. That member was belittling a customer all because they asked for help. It left such a bad impression on me, I don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore. Sorry, Sprouts. I love your price and large variety of items; but please focus on your team and...
