Hands down the best in the business! Luis and his dad at Prestige Audio Customs are true professionals who go above and beyond. From the start, their customer service was exceptional! they offer financing options, which made the whole process even easier. I couldn’t make the regular pickup window, and they went out of their way to meet me at the shop late in the evening just to make sure I was completely up to speed on my new head unit. They walked me through connecting my CarPlay, explained all the adjustment features, and even scheduled a follow-up tuning appointment to make sure everything stays perfect. They also educated me on system care, which I really appreciated. I had a full install done, rear camera, speakers, subwoofer, and head unit, and the sound is absolutely incredible. The quality of the work is top-tier, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. Just found them today. Franky an Luis run the shop and as stated these gentleman are very professional and nice. I came in needing help to run a few cables through my firewall and after a short explanation of what I needed both jumped in and began to work. I just needed some cables ran through my firewall so I could finish up a simple project I started. These guys were fast and efficient. Since I didn’t need anything hooked up they even wrapped and tucked the cables away into my kick panel even though I didn’t expect them to. Left my truck clean and no trace of any wires. After the alternator was changed on my 2009 Mercedes E550 the rear speakers developed a loud static. I took my vehicle to Prestige Audio Customs located at 215 South Raymond Avenue, Alhambra, CA. The technician said he taught it was the amplifier that was causing static. He said the only way to order a new or use amplifier was to remove the old amplifier and check the part number and the manufacturer. The technician removed to manufacturer was Harmon Becker. The speaker is in a vehicle were Harmon Kardon.
