The manager at this location, who's name tag is obscured so you can't read it, is very rude. She (dark long hair, yellow on the bottom, 5'2, round shaped). Spirit has no area to try on anything and accepts returns. I bought something that was used but there wasn't another option it didn't end up working so (as per Spirits policy) I went back to return the item. She was annoyed when she walked up, didn't say hi, just said "exchange" and I said no a return. She said "did you wear these?" I said no bc I knew what she was inferring. I let her know that there were only two options at the time of purchase to which she replied "these look worn" --- Its not right of you to have an attitude with people when they can't control what you have in stock or what is available and the fact that you can't try on anything in the store.
