Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I just went in with my husband to purchase a smoothie and the attitude that the lady had was awful. She acted like if she was mad because we went in. I ordered a super food smoothie and got closer to the nutrition sheet to see how many carbs the smoothie has. I am diabetic and need to put insulin before I eat. She was very rude and said that I had ro step behind the rope. The sheet that I was reading was taped to the counter, I needed to get closer to be able to read it. I explained it to her and she said that I needed to follow the regulations, well, sorry, we left. Please train you employees to welcome your customers in a courteous manner and please put the nutrition sheet available for customers to read. I will NEVER visit this place again. Delicious smoothie. Terrible service. I went for the first time since one of my friends talked to me about it but I just had a very cold experience. I said to the girl with blue or green hair that it was my first time going there and I asked for any suggestion and she just stayed quite, looking at me without saying nothing. So I started looking at the options in the menu and she just stayed behind the counter staring at me with the “can you order now” look so I felt in a rush to order my smoothie. I had the most amazing experience tonight at this store. I used to get the Almond Berry Blast almost everyday at Planet smoothie. Unfortunately they discontinued it. I went in wanting that smoothie and asked the amazing staff member by the name of Austin, and he went above and beyond in making sure he created the recipe as close as possible to the smoothie that always captivated my heart. Thank you Austin for making my night! Your service was above and beyond, not just by creating this smoothie but by holding conversation w me and my husband, and wishing us a great night.
