I’ve left two emails over the past few days inquiring about their advertised birthday parties with zero response. I tried today calling over ten times between the hours of 10am and 1:00pm and after five rings you get a busy signal. You can’t even leave a message. Our daughter was so excited after attending a bday party last year here, and all you’ve done is let a little girl down who was hoping for the same bc you can’t even respond. Answer the phone, or set up a messaging service— it’s 2025. Or answer an email! Literally trying to give you business and you don’t care. She had a great time at her friends party and we are sad that she won’t be able to have the same experience through you all. I have been to numbers of skate rings. I think Amarillo ice ranch is a great one and it is among the topnotch. They charge $15 per person. I personally think it is affordable and reasonable compare to the services and quality they provided. You could skate for as long as you want for $15. Ask for skate pass if you are going skate there often. It might be save you some dollars. My daughter and I had a great experience there. The ice rink is standard size of a hockey ring. When we were there, it wasn't not too crowded. Although the cost is much more expensive than skate Plex, the experience there is much better. The environment was comfortable. It was cool at all time, and there were no sweat smelling(that's my huge favorite). I definitely recommend...

The Texas panhandle (with its 100°+ summer days and mild winters) is not what you’d think of when you think year-round ice rink, but that’s exactly what the ice ranch is!

Come for a public skate, hockey training sesh or get your kids enrolled in a learning program.

The facility is awesome, there’s a bar for nights and beer league hockey guys. We even had our 4 year old’s last birthday party there and all the parents were telling us how cool it was to have a party at an ice rink!

We are frequent skaters and as our daughter grows and learns the game of hockey, I’m so glad we have a place for ice time...
