Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I traded in a vehicle and the old and new loan are through this bank. This trade took place last Saturday so six days ago. My payment for the old loan was withdrawn from my account today. When I called to ask if there was anything they can do since that loan is being paid off the girl said one second putting me on hold for about 8 minutes just to pick up saying yeah there’s nothing we can do for you. You’re still liable for that loan and if you don’t make that payment it’s going to show up on your credit as not paid. What she doesn’t know is I majored in finance in college and know she was lying. There’s a grace period for the loan payment where it doesn’t get reported on your credit history that is more than enough time for them to get the paperwork processed and not overdraft my account while they’re waiting on the new paperwork to be processed. I asked her “so there’s absolutely nothing you can do to help me today?” She said “no” and I said okay and as I went to say thank you have a nice day the girl hung up on me… it’s extremely frustrating when your own staff doesn’t understand how a basic car loan functions and then has such terrible customer service they don’t say anything and hang up on you mid sentence. As I studied finance I also know within the first two weeks of a loan you can still shop around too without it impacting your credit so guess who’s shopping around for a better loan with a bank that actually knows what they’re doing and how to talk to people. I will add that other interactions where never quite this bad. Although the only other interaction was calling them to ask them to send me the paper to fill out to sign up for auto pay. Hoping to find a comparable loan elsewhere so I never have to be treated like that as a...

They never refunded the money this Bank locked our bank account because they did not get the title from another loan company. I paid off a car 17 months it was never posted on my credit file I had to file a claim with a Better Business Bureau against ANB ANB IS STEALING...
Read moreDisappointed in the communication with our loan officer, Lillia Childers and Pioneer Lawyers. Lillia was very hard to contact therefore we were forwarded to multiple people throughout the process. We were told by one of the random people we talked to at Amarillo National Bank that there was no need for a survey based on information we provided and the charge would not appear on the final paperwork. Instead, the survey charge increased from $650 to $1353 and no one attempted to inform us of this change. Pioneer lawyers contacted me requesting the seller's information which I sent to them on Sept. 16, 2024. Pioneer Lawyers never contacted the seller, therefore at closing the seller was very upset to find out he was responsible for an additional $809 he was unaware of. By the end of the process, we had to pay an additional $809 to cover the sellers closing cost plus...
