This review is about two separate experiences with the same employee in the print center. She has black hair and purple glasses. I think I heard someone call her presley. She did not have a name tag.
The first time we went in there, she was sitting in a chair behind the counter playing on her phone and would not acknowledge us standing at the counter until we addressed her twice.
The second time, we stood at the counter for a few minutes because there were no employees around. I walked back to the front of the store and had to have someone radio someone to the print center. After a couple minutes she finally showed up. We wanted to get business cards printed and wanted to know what the price would be with our SPC number. She insisted that there was NO WAY to get this price. I asked if we were to order them, wouldn't she have to give us a total before charging our card? She said yes. I said, okay lets get to that point where you give the total, and then I will decide if I want to buy them. She then went back to saying that there was absolutely no way she could give us what the price would be. After arguing back and forth for a few minutes, she said we needed to go to the front to get the prices. We decided to just go to the store on Georgia. Needless to say, we will not...
Read moreI went in to buy a desk and the guy at the counter was helpful enough. But then he and another guy went to load it into my car and completely pulled out the rubber sealing around the hatch door because they just shoved it in there. Then the cashier went back inside while the other guy proceeded to say "you probably need some new epoxy" as I'm trying to fit the rubber seal back on. He helps me a bit but it's pretty messed up now. I was completely nice the entire time but as I was about to leave, I just said "Y'all gotta be more careful next time!! Don't let it happen to the next customer!" And the guy just turned around and walked inside. Like I didn't even get a simple "sorry ma'am"...

In the process she explained the reward program and that I could get 20% off on this purchase. I'll take that! 20% off... maybe I better think about getting a set of print cartridges as well... Kris figured out which cartridges that printer would use and found them for me. Then she had another idea that might save me a few more dollars. She took a little book from near the register and found another $3 discount. Definitely more than I expected when I walked...
