Jack & Jill Bowling Lanes — Attraction in American Fork

This may have been my favorite birthday ever. My wife and kids and I spent the evening here. We got to play a game of bowling, but it took longer than we thought but the staff was very accommodating!

We got a bunch of food from the grill, and might I say their prices are actually pretty good! And the food tastes even better! Good home grilled food!

After we all got terribly low scores in bowling and having a good time and good food while doing it, The kids and I spent a little time in the arcade, it was a blast and the kids actually won the ticket jackpot! Boy. That was a blast! They all got to get some trinkets from the toy shelf.

Shortly after we got there, Steve, the manager, brought me a bowling pin with my name and happy birthday written on it! He was so fun to talk to the whole time. And absolutely amazing customer service. Always checking to make sure that everything was good and making it so fun to order our food. Never feeling rushed. Not crowded, etc

AWFUL! Went here on this sunday, for a birthday party. 14 of us!! Thats expensive just for the bowling.. So we go to order food.. And WOW worst customer service EVER! I think her name was cat or something, but she was so RUDE. Rolled her eyes, cocked attitude. And literally alls we did was order food. Then at the end there was a few mistakes with the order, and we asked to have them fixed and she was awful. We told her she was being rude and she flat out told us " i dont care, you guys only came here cause its open today" she just kept saying "i dont care" and when she brought our drinks and food out she carelessly just pushed it on the table and walked away. Shook her head at us. She was annoyed that she had to actually work. Like get real, why work somewhere if youre going to be mad at people making a big order! i will NEVER go to this place ever again. Jack & Jill Lanes is a fantastic place to join a league and meet some awesome people. The staff is friendly, the facility has an old time charm that feels exactly like most bowling alleys feel and the owner, Jack, is almost always around to help as needed.

The bad side of things is based on the lack of gloves in the cafe as well as the the complete disregard for state mandated COVID precautions. Zero mask enforcement. There are signs on the doors and most employees wear their masks but as far as patrons, not a single person is asked to wear a mask or wear it properly. Every order from the cafe in the past 2+ years has been delivered without gloves after cafe workers get done touching money, other food, etc with no intervention from other staff. This is a top down problem unfortunately with no sign of change.
