We used to go here (American Fork, Utah location) lots for my daughter's pizza and bread sticks. She likes the cheese pizza with no sauce so I would call it in. They have really dropped the ball in service and quality control. It's a miracle when they do answer the phone now! Because of the issue with the phone ordering and having to wait to order in long lines and then wait more to actually get said pizza, we just got the crazy bread for awhile. Then my daughter tried the Italian cheese bread, she was hooked, so we started to order that instead of the cheese, no sauce, pizza. Near the end of May-beginning of June the quality of the ICB went downhill. Several times we were sent home with either uncut bread sticks or not fully cooked (one time one was only 25% cooked) due to all the cheese piled on it or maybe not enough time in the oven. Of course when that happened we drove back to show them or tried to call to tell them if it was just a couple of slices that were undercooked. If it was uncut, yes we just cut it ourselves, but it should have already been cut. Tonight (6/28/19) it was a miracle that someone picked up the phone when I called to order a cheese with no sauce pizza. Went to pick it up, was charged for a custom pizza ($1.50) more than their regular hot and ready. I asked why it was more money and they said it was a custom pizza. When we've ordered same pizza before we have never paid more money for it. Then I asked them to make sure that the pizza was indeed a cheese with no sauce. It wasn't, it would be about another 5-10 mins for a new one. So we pulled into a stall and I went inside to deal with the overcharge. I explained to them that I called in an order and why would I pay more for a regular pizza that had a missing topping compared to their other hot and readys. It took them about 20 mins to find my payment, refund the original purchase and recharge for the right price. It was to the point I even suggested to help make up the extra cost they were charging to toss in a bread stick, but apparently they were out of those which would mean more waiting. They were finally able to get the refund done and I paid the right price for my pizza. My family is now super cautious when we now go here. Sometimes I even go the Lindon, Utah store because of all these issues we have had at this location. The American Fork one is the closest location to us, but it is looking more worthwhile to drive the extra miles to have less issues with our food being undercooked, overcharged, not what we...
Read moreI went here on Wednesday the 23rd of December. They were very busy and I was told it would be a 15min wait for my pizza and breadsticks, which was totally fine. I understand how it is to be busy. But I pulled up to the window after waiting in line for 15min and waited another 10 before someone came to the window to help me. The whole time I was waiting there was a pizza sitting ontop of their drink cooler by the drive thru window. The girl who helped me asked what my order was and I told her it was a pepperoni pizza with an order of crazy bread and sauce. She said okay hold on. She then opened the box that had been sitting there the 10min I'd been waiting at the window, went and grabbed my crazy bread then grabbed the pizza off the fridge and tried to give it to me. When I told her I don't want that because it's been sitting there for 10min and that's gross she told me that was all they had ready and anything else would be 10 or 15min wait. I told her that was fine but I also was already told that 15min ago. She then slammed the window and put that pizza in a warmer and came back with one that she said was fresh out of the oven. Which I appreciate but the attitude was not necessary, and the fact that she placed the ok ld pizza back in the warmer is really gross. That had been sitting out for 10min or longer. I've worked jn food and if I had tried to serve that to someone I would have gotten an earful from a customer and my manager. I was polite in my refusal of the old pizza and the girl was...
Read moreWasn’t going to write this review even though we were completely unsatisfied with our service last night, but am now writing this review at 5:30am due to my husband and I both getting sick after eating here. We live close by which is why we keep coming back, but will be finding a different pizza chain entirely now. We continue to receive undercooked food here, the crazy bread specifically, but the pizza dough is often undercooked too. When we went last night for dinner, we asked them 3 times, once at the order machine, and twice at the window to the actual person, to please make our order well done. It’s the only way they actually cook the dough properly. We reminded them again at the window and the woman said “okay we can do that for ya” but then literally grabbed a crazy bread bag right in front of us and handed it to us. Obviously wasn’t made to our order, but at that point, we were too put off already that it wasn’t worth the argument and she had already ran our card. We both ate one pizza and 2 breadsticks and deeply regret it. Very undercooked and now we’re both sick. When we tore a breadstick in half, the dough was legitimately doughy and stretched out far before breaking in to two pieces. When we ask for special instructions, if it can’t be done due to time consumption, we understand and are okay with that. But please communicate that to us so that we can spend our money on food we will enjoy and food that is properly cooked.. we did not want to spend the weekend feeling ill due to...
