What an awful experience. Worst customer service. We wanted to order 10 burritos so we tried calling in advance to give them time. The first time we called you could barely hear them because the background music was too loud. We asked if we could order and pay over the phone, they said no and hung up the phone without giving other options. We called back to see if we should just place the order and then we'd come pay for it/pick it up but after they answered the phone and we asked they just hung up the phone again. We ended up driving over to place the order in person but they got grumpy with us saying we should have called in advance. We tried to explain that we tried but they just shut the window. After taking payment and handing us the food closed the window and didn't say anything. We didn't know if we were missing anything so we looked through the bag and they came back to the window and asked what we wanted? We asked "if that was our whole order?" because they weren't communicating or saying "bye" or "have a good day" to hint that that was it. They responded, "That's it" and closed the window again and walked away. We tried being polite by saying thank you and we appreciated them placing our big order. They never said thank you or showed any positive gratitude for our business. We buy food for our employees every weekend, but we will be taking our business somewhere else from...
Read moreI love Beto's, but this location lacks the yummy quality and taste that Saratoga Springs location offers. The food is hastily thrown together and many times is missing a component to the food ordered. I love the breakfast burritos with bacon. I went there three times for the same item and each time, either they added the wrong meat, the eggs were old/hard, and the cheese already hard instead of hot and gooey. Usually I have to wait a good 15 mins for the burrito to cool off enough to bite into it and it will still have steam pouring out of it. I had to microwave them back in hotel room just a few min away bease they were alost room temp. I decided to give one last try with a chicken enchilada plate before flying out of town the next day. That proved to be disappointing because the red sauce was not what it used to be. They seemed to change the usual fresh tasting red chili sauce to something that you buy in a can off a Walmart shelf. While I had come to prefer Saratoga Springs location, in the past, I didn't mind coming here as a back up. Unfortunately, much can change in 6 months to a year, and I don't see myself bothering to return to this location amymore. Beto's in general is a perfect place to satisfy those night time cravings for yummy food, this location seems to have just gotten...
Read moreThe American fork betos was my go-to Beto for years my hometown betos not that I even matters they got good burritos I like it however I'm giving them a two-star rating because recently they have made the burritos significantly smaller and make you charge extra for sauces which I don't mind paying a little extra money for more sauces but it is tedious to have to knock on the drive-thru window to ask for extra sauces when I already did on the drive-thru intercom and at the Orem betos they don't even charge you for extra sauces in the burritos are almost double the size and when I asked for the manager at the American fork betos they just shut the window on me their customer service needs to figure their situation out because of all the other betos they're way nicer the girl who works at the window has a terrible attitude very short doesn't even ask you if you want sauces and if you do want sauces you got to knock on the drive-thru window and pay money to get them where they're more than happy to give you a handful free anywhere else I don't know what makes you guys so special but it definitely isn't that girl's bad attitude you should find someone new to do her job correctly cuz she...
