If i could leave 0 stars i would. This was my first time here, i came because it has a good rating. I asked to get my old acrylic nails off and a new set put on. The lady nail tech who helped me started cutting the nails down and accidentally cut one too short, cutting my actual skin...deep enough that i was bleeding on the towel. I pulled my hand back out of reflex but she didn't apologize or even seem to notice. I let her continue and she KEPT hurting me. I would say "ouch" that hurts or ask her to be gentle but she didn't say anything. She was using this flat, sharp tool I've never seen before to try and get in between my nail and the fake acrylic nail and she would push down and try to like hack it away ??? And it HURT LIKE CRAZY. I had to ask her to please just soak the nails for me and let them come off that way and she did. Another customer walked in to get her eyebrows done and so my lady nail tech got up to go help her and a gentlemen came and took her place. He was very nice and friendly and actually talked to me. He saw my cut finger and immediately apologized and was very careful when working on that finger. However, the lady nail tech came back and within a couple minutes she had hurt me again. At this point, i was on the verge of tears and honestly very scared to let her keep doing my nails. I told her to stop and I paid and left. I didn't get my nails done. Barely got my old set off and am leaving with a bloody finger and the worst anxiety. Worst nail experience...

Read moreDo NOT go to this salon! I was trying to find a location closer to my home so I tried this salon for the first time. I wanted them to remove my original set of gel nails; the woman jabbed the paint pallet knife she was using above my real nail however she punctured my nail bed on three nails causing them to bleed. I am extremely concerned about getting an infection since the tool was not clean let alone sterile. She then put the nails in a cup of pure acetone, needless to say it hurt very badly. I wasn't allowed to wash my hands, she just began putting the tips on my fingers. The tips weren't put on straight, I tried to have the worst one fixed but she just told me she wasn't done yet. She then proceeded to cut the tips to varying lengths. As you can see in the attached pictures, you can see the blood under the finished nails and you can see the very crooked nail tip. I have been having my nails done on a regular bases for over 24 years; this is by far the WORST nail job I...
