completely frustrated with them. AFTER my boyfriend was called multiple times that he was "pre approved" we went into the store to look at rings. this was in Oct we picked a ring, the sales associate told us 3 times YES 3 times we would need to put down 20-25% down payment. so we advised we would come back. We came back with the downpayment then was advised they actually wanted 30% again after being told 3 times after being PRE APPROVED! So we said we only have what was requested. So after going back and forth we an extreme language barrier we agreed we would pay the difference but after the ring was sized. They also said the manager said we would have to pay the 30% because he wasn't approved... HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!!!! THEY CONTACTED HIM TOLD HIM TO COME IN BECAUSE HE WAS APPROVED! The ring was supposed to be available Nov 19th. my boyfriend got an alert from credit karma saying his account was dinged for miss payment!!!!! How did we MISS A PAYMENT IF WE HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED THE RING!!!!!!! So he went in today to pick it up and pay the difference. AFTER he paid the difference they advised it will NOT be available til next Thursday. IM COMPLETELY UPSET! I FEEL WE WERE PROFILED AND JUDGED BECAUSE WE ARE AN INTERACIAL COUPLE..... UGH IF WE DIDNT ALREADY PAY A GOOD CHUNK DOWN NOR WAS HIS CREDIT ALREADY AFFECTED ID...
