Melrose Abbey Memorial Park & Mortuary — Attraction in Anaheim

This cemetery and mortuary is very incompetent. My sister passed away in Jan 2023, she was buried on Jan 27, and until now they still don't have my sister tombstone. Their reason because my other member of family changed her name from viet to english name, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE, we never changed name, it was always from the start we use american name for my diseased sister. come to find out...it was their fault and they tried to cover up....One of their staff went on medical leave and no one knows what he was doing, he went on medical leave without ordering the tombstone for my sister...So when he came back after 1 or 2 months, they started to order and they said from China, it takes 3months to be done and shipped to USA...this is ver incompetent...one staff leaves for any reason the supervisor or other staff needs to take over and take care of the situation....We bought 10 plots in this mortuary...can you imagine we are still alive now and we have to deal with this mess...imagine when we are all dead, how can our off spring know about these and take care???? Please check them out carefully before you purchase the plot here....I am very disappointed, and if by Sept they still don't have my sister tombstone...they better believe it I will take them to court....,my sister passed almost 6 months without a name.... now after yelling and screaming at them, they finally gave my sister a tiny plastic name tag on the grave...

Our sweet sister passed from Covid-19, we didn’t have a Mortuary in place due to her sudden death. We called several places, we didn’t want to have our sister in the freezer out back in the hospital. Melrose abbey took my sister in and took very good care of her, until we were able to get her to her final resting place. Ursula took my initial call. She was very friendly and she showed compassion. She made arrangements for my sister to be picked up from the hospital that same day. When it was time to purchase the items for my sister Tim is the person who helped us. We did a virtual video appointment. My nephew was very comfortable making these decisions in the comfort of his home. It was very relaxed and Tim guided us throughout the process. The night before the funeral services my nephew was able to go see his mama (my sister) they did an excellent job with my sister. The day of the funeral everything was flawless, perfect! The flower arrangement were placed so beautifully. Chuck informed us with every detail, he was very respectful and had a kind heart. The team from the office, management, Coordinator was outstanding! I am very thankful for everything they did for our sweet sister. We appreciate...

With great sadness as I write this...My father recently passed away and we came across Melrose Abbey. Abigail herself was a blessing and the biggest help to my family and I. She explained the process thoroughly, she was so responsive to all of our calls and emails. She was able to get all the necessary paperwork and she happily obliged with all of our requests. The place itself was clean, everything was done on time, Abigail and her staff were so kind, empathetic, patient and really helped us through this difficult time. This was an unexpected passing of my Father and we didn't know much but like I said she went over everything to make sure we had the proper Hindu ceremony and respected all of our cultural wishes.

My Dad was given a proper and the most beautiful heartfelt funeral. The flowers, casket, ceremony to all the details couldn't have been more perfect. My family and I are so grateful for all the hand holding during this difficult time. Abigail went above and beyond. My only dislike was the mic for the speeches there was a loud echo making it difficult for the people to hear the speeches but during the recorded live stream the voices were recorded just fine so we have this...
