Handicap parking is 200' from the door the door is a minimum of 200'-400' from the door depending on witch Theater you are in. Do not try to go here unless you love walking long distances. Sat through whole move not a single wait staff person came into the theater. Seats are nice but small and cramped. Menu I was going to order from was sticky and had hair and pieces of popcorn stuck to it. There was also some liquid in the cup holder half full. This place just opened a cpl months ago and seems to be going down quickly. The prices are high and they said a mandatory tip is added to your bill not sure what the % due to not being able to order. I discussed my concerns with the mrg. And he he said sorry that people are supposed to check in the theater. He also men5some call button that is some place on the front of the seat witch I was never told about it guess because no one ever came in the theater. The prices were higher than a usual movie theater on all there menu items. This place has terrible parking a huge voided grass circle space would be better used as handicap parking and make a wider lane for dropping off people by the door. The narrow road is blocked by 1 car doing a quick drop off that some how takes forever also if a delivery semi takes a wrong turn they are required to give a lawn job due to the narrow road now there is a huge rut in the front circle.(see posted pic) I suggest a different Theater.

Man, this place has really gone down hill. We showed up to see the new Mario Movie and it appeared they had 2 people working the front and that was it. All of the self-serve kiosks were down and the line at the main counter was really long. Anytime someone stepped up to concession, someone would leave the ticket counter backing things up further. The kitchen was down (or didn't have enough staff) so all they had was popcorn and boxed candy. We were planning our meal around here so that was disappointing and the popcorn was stale. The Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines had over half of their options empty and unavailable. While my son was getting a Sprite it ran out half way. The lobby area was just trashed too. Popcorn and straw wrappers littered about everywhere. Inside the Theater, one of our group's leather seat was ripped open which lead to discomfort. All in all, I was really taken aback by my normally favorite Theater in the area. I don't blame the two young, extremely overworked people who were juggling multiple positions on a prime time Friday, I blame management/owners for allowing the place to fall into these conditions. The two workers I spoke with were both courteous and apologetic. I truly felt sorry for them both. I have closer theatres I can go to and likely will from now on if this remains a constant here.

This place is going down the tubes... the toilet in the men's restroom up front is not secured to the floor, rocking when you sit down. the soda machines are absolutely filthy. If what we see is this gross I'm scared to imagine what the things we don't see look like. the last time we were here they forgot our food order. After 3 trips to the front and an hour into the movie we finally got our food. Today, an order of boneless wings, chicken tenders and two drinks was $48. I get things aren't cheap right now, but ffs. Today, one of the chicken tenders we received wasn't cooked all the way. Then we get to our seats and one of them was broken - we moved seats. The new seat we moved to was sticky as someone had spilled a drink at some point. Move again. The audio was terrible. We struggled to hear the dialog and the efx was literally rattling the screen. I mean, as much as I like the experience of the big screen... i can not justify spending $70 for such a terrible experience every time. This is why no one is going to to see movies anymore. Wait two weeks and you can rent it on Amazon for $20, eat and drink for no inflated cost, in a clean environment.

The screens, seating and sound are all good, but please heed my warning and EAT BEFORE YOU GO. We have never once NOT had an issue with food service. In my opinion, this place is under some serious management issues.

We were there on the first Saturday night of a Disney release for Onward. You would think the theater would have been packed, but it was far from, a testament to the state of this place.

It consistently takes 30-40 minutes to even get our fountain drinks. Just last night, my daughter ordered a milk shake, and we didnt receive it for nearly an hour.

The food was extremely lackluster for the prices--my $17 steak and shrimp bowl could have easily been mistaken for a microwave dinner. They have been serving on paper plates and bowls with plasticware. It's like a bait and switch fast food experience. The menu makes you feel like your at an upscale bistro, but the execution is on par with a colorful drive thru with a value menu.

When we first started going, it was all on ceramic dishes, and the food was higher quality. I'm sure the switch was a matter of saving money and time, a segue into my next point:

It's overtly obvious that the financial bottom line is far more important than customer experience at this location. I've heard consistently bad experiences from anyone I've talked to about this place. We only continue to go for convenience, but I know people who will drive to Blue Ash competitors just to avoid this place.

Don't bother complaining to a manager either. They are shockingly unsympathetic and standoffish.

Bathrooms were dirty. The trash bins were overflowing, there were paper towels all over the floor and counter, and a big tub of popcorn sat right on the counter for the entire time we were there. I saw staff come in and out of the bathroom, but none of them addressed the state of it--it remained the same or got worse.

Servers are stressed and distracted. We were in the Big D theater, which has a server station right outside. I don't know if they were understaffed for call offs or what, but every pass by was chaos, or they were looking at their phones.

I rarely write reviews of anything, but this place desperately needs some leadership changes. I should have gotten so much more for a $70 experience for my young daughter and me. I keep giving them chances, but every single time it...

I am SEVERELY disappointed with my experience at this movie theater. My boyfriend and I went to see a movie last night and we were super excited because this was our first time at one of these dinner/movie theaters! However, the service was horrible. I expected it to be slow at first, of course, since everyone is arriving around the same time and pressing the service button to order simultaneously. We had our entire order ready so that we wouldn't have to call the waiter back after our first order, so he came (about 20 minutes after pressing the call button) and took the order of the couple next to us and immediately afterwards took ours. We each ordered a drink and an entree, and we ordered an app to split. The couple next to us got their drinks within a few minutes, but we didn't get our drinks for probably half an hour - 45 minutes, during which I had to press the service button twice to ask and they responded that they had gotten "really busy" so that's why we hadn't gotten them yet. We finished our app, then I got my food probably after 25-30 minutes. For some reason, though, my boyfriend didn't get his food (we each ordered mac n cheese, just different varieties) at the same time. The waiter looked at the receipt confused and said "Oh, I don't have the other mac n cheese, let me go check on that" at which point he left. No one came back with his food and I pressed the call button three separate times to ask about where his food was over the span of the next hour and a half, and every time I got the response of "oh, let me check with your server." or "I'll tell the kitchen". So how long did it take for him to get his food, you ask? TWO HOURS. He FINALLY got his food with about 10 minutes left in the movie, at which point he was starving. No apology from the wait staff, nothing. The worst part was that they take a credit card number at the beginning of the night so they had already charged us for both meals, so there wasn't much we could do about it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this theater anytime soon.

EDIT: I now see that someone else got a full refund for their food and a voucher for a free movie, so I am even more upset with this establishment since I...

We took our daughter to see Beauty and the Beast on Sunday for the 11am showing. I reserved and paid for our seats on Wednesday, which was very easy. When we showed up, we had to wait in line for about 20 minutes so they could print our tickets. Why can't you print your ticket from home when you reserve your seat? They only had 2 people working the ticket counter, and there wasn't a real line established. It kind of wound through the lobby, and the 2 working the counter never indicated who would be served next, thus leading to people cutting in front of others. When we made it to our seats we pushed the seat service button, and had to wait a few minutes before our server arrived. However, she tended to the people beside us that arrived 3 minutes after is pushing the button. The server was very nice and remembered to bring us a knife (to cut daughters food) after the food was delivered. The popcorn came first. While it is a large bowl, it came very very cold. It is not the normal popcorn one would expect at the movie theater. A few minutes later the rest of the order came. The cheese curds weren't the greatest, and again, they were cool. My daughter's chicken tenders and fries were okay, but the chicken was cool as well. The only warm item was the fries. Neither of the food deliveries came with napkins (nor the people beside us). I asked for napkins and only got the 1 which came with the knife. The movie had great sound, and the theater was very nice. We did notice that the screen almost seemed to pulse/flicker. It was very prominent during bright scenes. I never did receive a receipt for our meal, which was supposed to arrive 30 minutes before the ending of the movie. Also, they do not sell typical candy/treats in a normal setting. Overall, we were not very impressed, and would recommend that people go to...
