Five Mile Center — Attraction in Anderson Township

I visit this place 1-2 times per month and the service today was so bad we left before being seated. They said 30-45 minutes and after 60 minutes they had not seated any of the waiting parties. When I asked how much longer it would be they said “our systems are down” and said they can’t seat anyone. I suggested they go back to manually taking and filling orders. The hostess said they are doing it manually but they are behind because the system is down. There were open tables everywhere and we overheard the hostess tell an arriving group they were not able to seat any parties. It was obvious they were not seating anyone and instead of telling us they just wasted over an hour of our time. Bad service from a place that normally does...

I never leave reviews but this outback location deserves one! I have been to several steak places and they are always so bland and dry. When your married to your own personal chief, it's hard to enjoy a good steak not made by him. First off, the customer service was great! We ordered the boozy cherry limeade and they were made exactly right and very flavorful. My husband and I decided to try the new menu items which were the smoked porterhouse and the Kingsland pasta. Outback steak house was absolutely terrible 😫 from the hostess to the server to the food. We called ahead for a 6:30 reservation and didn't get seated for 45 minutes then had to wait 35 minutes for our drinks then another 40 minutes for the appetizers then 25 minutes later our food finally arrived cold and way over cooked. We didn't leave until 9:20 pm. A total disappointment and waist of time. Took 30 minutes for refills on the drinks. Spent $89.00 on food I wouldn't even serve to my dog. Totally disgusting.
