I have many pieces of jewlery from this location. Been coming here for years, all other times have been treated wonderfully. Today however was very upsetting. Came in to pick up my ring that was purchased 2 weeks ago (needed resized) & buy protection plan. Ring was not right at all, and the price that was quoted for the protection plan was $40 more then previously told! Ok things can happen, I get it, but for this one woman to sit there and try to convince me its fine (you could CLEARLY see it was bent badly, not round at all, plus was the wrong size) then she takes it,puts it on this thing and start hammering it! Ok if you need to do that, I guess its ok? But the way she was beating it! Then has me look and try it in again, its now has scratches too and still not right. She was pretty rude to put it nicely. She didn't seem to care at all that my Husband and I were not happy. (I was almost in tears) For her to treat me like she did was absolutely unacceptable and not at all what I would expect from a jewler. I have NEVER felt so bad inside that store before! This ring is to be my new wedding ring (been married 20 years) and is VERY important to me! A few minutes prior to this, my Husband purchased another ring for me (engagement ring) and needed it sent for resize, we are a little worried on how it will be taken care of. We are planning to renew our vows later this year so yes these rings are important. Another manager did get involved and did her best to make the situation better. Thankfully she did get involved and we decided to still are purchase both rings as well as other pieces of jewelry we already have on two payment plan accounts. (One was started about 2 weeks ago and the other started today minutes before all this happened.) I truly hope things go back to the better next time I'm there. This was extremely upsetting. We had Noah the first time we visited and after my fiancé picked out a ring he tried to get him to choose another one. Wouldn't give us the sale price because supposedly it was a custom order. Then we go to pick up the ring, and it was way too big. My fiancé was resized and Noah sized him down even though the size he needed fit him!! Then tried to yet again sell him a different ring. We ordered the ring my fiancé WANTED. Then went to pick up the ring a third time and it didn't fit since Noah ordered the wrong size. Then we had to reorder and told we were going to get a discount and the manager said she'd give us jewelry cleaner. Absolute worst experience! Noah & Rebekah were so patient and helpful. They did not have exactly what I wanted but I settled for a chain they had in the store. By that evening, I realized I had made a mistake in settling for something they had in the store. I went back the next day and asked to exchange it. Noah was off that day, but Rebekah spent a lot of time with me trying to find exactly what I was looking for. She ordered the chain I wanted and it came in several days later.
