Be careful when you shop at this store. I asked about a Pandora item I was interested in for my wife that I saw online. Because she did not have it in stock she tried to tell me they did not make they type of bracelet I described, it had large long links and three of the links could hold charms. I pick up the Pandora book on the counter to show her, then she admitted she had sold the last one. So I asked about another one I saw online, it was a leather one with adjustable ends and a bead to adjust the size. She then told me they do not make one like that, only in silver or gold. I again showed her the book. She looked in the display and said she did not have that either, no apology for giving me wrong information. She sold me on a bracelet that she told me was on sale for 150 and was regular 200, well I looked it up on line when I got home and again she lied to me, it is 150 all the time. I will not shop at this...

Clean polished even took the face off my watch and cleaned it where someone went to deep scuba diving and pressed the buttons the manual clearly says don't not press under water... it let it s Lil salt water it evaporated left salt crystals ok the face and locked the bezel down... while I looked around he polished took the watch completely apart polished inside and out fixed the bezel fixed A pin that had fell out is old watch. Abd while he did that he sized my new watch I didn't even buy there all for $100. The watches are replicas which I liked bc most ppl won't touch em but they got me fixed up.....

I will go back for a real citizen watch and for real engagement ring and out them om layaway...o...

I have gone to Rochelle’s for years. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Opa even remembers me and always asks how I have been. Yesterday Mario probably spent over 30 minutes with me, opening every display case and helping me find just the right watch band and let me try them. You would not get this kind of service anywhere else. We are very fortunate that they have chose Anderson for their business. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and professional.
