⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Delivery Experience — Mattress Firm Went Above and Beyond!

Let me start by saying: we’ve had some terrible delivery experiences in the past — some might even call them a nightmare (pun intended). But this delivery from Mattress Firm completely restored my faith in how great customer service can still exist!

The three gentlemen who handled our delivery today were absolute pros from start to finish. They arrived exactly when promised, called 15 minutes ahead of time to give us a heads-up, verified everything before entering, and handled the entire process with incredible care and attention to detail. The mattress was placed exactly where we requested — no damage, no issues, no stress. They were polite, professional, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I’ve seen floating around — some people must just wake up looking for something to complain about. My personal experience with Mattress Firm, and especially with this delivery team, has been nothing short of outstanding every single time. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied.

I had a good time actually choosing my mattress, the salesperson was good but when I got my bed delivered the next day, it was very tall (not like in the store). The salesperson made me feel comfortable enough to call back and ask how it can be fixed and he said that the next weekend they would send a delivery for a new box from 10-2. Well, about 1:30 nobody had come so I called to make sure and he forgot to put the delivery in to my place but said he could have someone in Sunday night. Sunday rolls around and he calls me saying the delivery people are too busy so they can't deliver to me. He threw in a refund of my bed frame for the trouble which was nice. So I had to wait another week. Well, they came yesterday to deliver my new box, but had the wrong size. So I talked to the person at the warehouse and they said they would bring me one tomorrow right at 10 AM. As I'm writing this, it's past noon. Never buy from them online. But the store people Rock. I placed an order which was to be delivered 17 days later. On day 16 they're supposed to contact one about a delivery window. When that didnt happen i tried EVERY avenue available to contact them and only got looped through messages. Online chat is completely fake..it doesnt work. I gave up and called a store. I spoke with, store, manager, Hannah. She spent her time that day finding out the bed i purchased was never in stock for me and no, noone was ever gonna call. As agahst as I was Hannah already had it figured. She got me a BETTER bed, same price, offered to deliver it even, and was completely cool about it all. I ended up just picking the bed up (my kid had been without for Nearly a month by then). The guy who was at the store when i arrived was ready amd knowledgeable. Got it all done in less than 5 minutes with ZERO irritating hangups. Hannah deserves a raise. ThT was EXACTLY what a customer wants and needs from a stor manager....
