Read moreThis place is Awesome it doesn't matter if you are 10 or 100 you will always find stores here you like to shop in. and more. ( like the godiva store who gives samples of awesome chocolate flavors) It's always clean, nicely done and security is everywhere The pnly bad thing I could say about this place doesn't even involve employees or the store, or not even the layout of parking but about patrons who shop here. Some are very inconsiderate to handicap shoppers. My loading side for my wheelchair has been blocked multiple times because someone decided its easier to park on the loading side( it has lines on it) of a handicap spot. On a rainy day its horrible to have to get all the way there only to see theres no room to get close to the van. These loading Reas should have written info on the parking lines stating do not park here.. people need to get into their vehicles. I have been both blocked into the vehicle ( not being able to get out of the van) for 40 minutes because someone quickly pulled in after we did blocking my access to get out and also blocked from getting into the vehicle because inconsiderate people pull into them. It has occured quite a few times already so coming here is beginning to not be an option if disabled people cant get in or out of their vehicles. Just a side note: The cars doing this do not have handicap tags or placards.. they see it as they are not in a handicap spot but an unused spot (as i've been told by a...
Read moreI wanted to bring this to people’s attention: Please make sure to stay away from the spa and store at the mall called Beauty Essential Spa by Voupre. My elderly mom who was visiting from abroad was preyed on by their employees who ended up selling her a couple of beauty products for $5000. I immediately researched the company and of course they have no real reviews or social media presence. The branch in Santa Fe has several lawsuits and I was able to find some customer reviews/ warnings on Reddit. I very quickly learned that they have a “no refund policy” that they usually fail to mention to their customers. I went back to the store to talk to the manager and everything about this place was fishy. Those places used to be pop ups in the mall aisle and you’d have to avoid eye contact to be spared from their aggressive sales tactics. Now they lease two store fronts at the mall and despite numerous complaints, the mall does nothing about it. Not only are their sales tactics predatory, aggressive and fraudulent but they use inflated prices as a base for negotiation. Do not shop here and learn to say...
