Mrs. Fields — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

Bad experience. I ordered a heart shape cookie cake with dark pink, light blue, and purple roses with little green leaves. They have a giant photo on the side of their booth I pointed to of the roses. My friend and I audibly said roses. I got light pink, white, and what looks to be navy flowers. No green leaves. Not roses like we asked. Weird little dots on the flowers we got. Probably because they realized they needed to put light blue somewhere and forgot to. I ordered 5 days ahead of time. But this felt last minute and rushed. The child at the counter said he could give me a couple free cookies for the inconvenience. We didnt want that. It's a pretty cake, don't get me wrong. But it's not what I specifically asked for... it's not what I specifically paid $50 for. And we couldn't hardly eat it. It just crumbled because it was greasy wet on the bottom, and raw. I recently had the pleasure of ordering a cookie from Mrs. Fields, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The cookie itself was everything I hoped for—soft, chewy, and packed with delicious flavors that left me wanting more.

I stopped by Mrs. Field’s today in hopes I could get a cookie slice for my dad’s birthday. The slices in the display had a beautiful floral design, but in hopes to match his style a bit more I asked the employee if there was any chance of taking off the flowers and adding green for him instead.
