Glad to see Latte Factory open up here. I was hoping to find a new coffee place in Briarwood, it’s been a while since we’ve had a coffee shop w unique varieties. I grabbed a hot chocolate and it was exceptionally good. I thoroughly enjoyed! Staff was kind, quick, and respectful. Will be back again! Price point: they don’t have hot coco on menu, so expect to be purchasing a drink closest to a hot chocolate. Register read a latte drink, I was fine with that, but would be nice to have a specific price for a simple non-espresso drink.

I got the skinny caramel / vanilla iced latte . It was amazing and was particularly good for being sugar free . I’ll be getting every time I visit briarwood !

I recommend this cafe, I like how they have variety of different drink options whether you want something cold, hot, refreshing. Also very friendly staff!

Just wanted a cup of coffee. Didn't have to wait long to get it, but coffee was very weak. Not sure if I'd get another cup. Hot and cold beverage lids are the same, not easy shipping coffee from a wider opening made for fat...

Latte Factory replaced Starbucks in the Briarwood Mall, and I think it’s an improvement. Their espresso is smooth and full of flavor and tastes significantly better. I’ll have to drive out to Briarwood more often to get...
