I went to the Briarwood Pandora to get some charms and maybe a ring or so. there was only one other customer in front of me and two assistants. One of them was training the other. Neither acknowledged my presence and though I was browsing for a while. I was the only other customer there. After the customer left, there was still not much of an effort to help me- the taller assistant ( the one doing the training) very brusquely announced that they would attend to me after they had finished up. However there was no attempt to attend to me for a while. I left after another 5 minutes to a very condescending " have a great day" from the taller assistant. I do understand that stores are short staffed, and that people need to be trained, but it does help to be a little nicer to customers who may spend money at the store. I got the impression that neither I nor my money was wanted at this store. I have shopped at Pandora before- and nowhere have I experienced such a blatant disregard and downright rudeness. I will avoid this particular store...

Went in to pick up my order and there were 2 ladies assisting 2 customer who were browsing before I walked in. 30 mins passed and I still hadnāt been helped, so I nicely asked if I could receive my order briefly since Iām just picking up an online order that I already paid for. Maleah told me that she couldnāt give me my order until she the couple before me was done looking (who was just talking and browsing to find what they wanted). Finally, an hour had passed and I could no longer wait for them to just keep talking and hanging out while the customer was still deciding on what they wanted. The salesperson Ashley said that I had too many charms on the bracelet and that the one I had could not accommodate all the charms and suggested another one that my boyfriend ended up purchasing along with 2 clamp charms to hold in place. I didn't want to wear the bracelet out so she put it in the bag and I had to remind her to put my broken one in there as well. I got home and realized that half of my bracelet was missing. When they took the charms off the broken one to put on the new one something must of happened and the part where you put the charms on is missing.
