The Original Mattress Factory — Attraction in Apple Valley

We purchased a very firm bed in 2020, not even 3 years later it’s sagging on All sides, my significant and i weigh less than 200lbs and our bodies now hurt again. We asked for a warranty replacement and they said no. They said they would send it out for inspection and repairs.. lol i said what?!? so we would have to be with out a bed for at minimum of a week and we would have to sleep on the couch🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️, I won’t lie The bed was really good at first. It does not hold up, we purchase the complete foundation that they require from them. store employee and manager were not willing to help exchange or make it right whatsoever. DO NOT purchase from the store or original mattress factory does do not stand behind the warranty/product. Also… yes, I flipped the bed as many times as we needed to, very often. they know who I am they have my information they have a chance to make it right and I will maybe delete this review. stay away...

Can't say enough how positive the customer service experience is at this location and the factory store in Maplewood. Genuinely nice sales people and knowledgeable about their products. Non-pushy sales tactics. We now have three beds from Original Mattress Factory (OMF) in the house and soon a fourth. I had back issues in the past from mattresses from much more expensive retailers.
