I found Skincare Market online and placed an order for the eltaMD UV Sport Broad Spectrum SPF 50 3oz tube. The price was FANTASTIC. I was lucky and it happened to be on sale, even better. PERFECT. I ordered 2 so I could take the opportunity of using their offer for FREE shipping. I placed an order on Thursday and received the order on Saturday. I had tried to call them but it was after hours and they even tried to return my call on Friday (and I did not leave a message). I am so impressed with the pricing, the accuracy of the order, the speed of the delivery, the customer service and the product. I had bought this product from my dermatologist office, the cost was alarmingly high and I requested permission to return it. They said I could return it. Thank goodness- I told them I had buyers remorse. The price difference between my dr's office and Skincare Market was incredible. I will never buy a product from my doctor ever again. This company has been the absolute worst to get a refund from. It’s been 3 months now that they’ve been telling me that they’ll refund me, and still nothing has arrived in my bank account. I call their customer service multiple times a week, most times no one picks up, and for the last few weeks no one ever picks up. So I started calling from a new phone number, all of a sudden someone picks up. Every time I speak with someone they tell me that they’re getting finance to “release the refund”, or they’re elevating it to management to get the refund fast tracked, or they’ve “notified every channel” so someone sees this and gives the refund, and still… 3 months later, NOTHING. The order was a skinceuticals ce ferulic that was so old it wasn’t even orange it was BROWN. Because I live in Canada I had to pay out of pocket for the return shipping. So, not only have I lost the $160CAD for the product, but also the $40 for the return, and still they can’t pay a gal back. WORST COMPANY EVER. DEEPLY REGRET EVER...

Came across this site and thought it was a scam until I did a little digging and saw it had some pretty good reviews. I looked everywhere for the best price for my skin care line (local medspa specials, eBay, Poshmark, and the company itself) but skincare market had the best price by a landslide. I live in Hawaii so I’m used to paying for shipping (even if it says free initially) and waiting forever to receive products. I was flabbergasted when not only was shipping actually free, but I placed the order at 10:30pm on Thursday night, the product had already been shipped by the time I woke up Friday morning, and arrived to my house Monday! The box did show up pretty destroyed and actually looked like someone had opened it and gone through it but all my products were accounted for. I was also nervous the products would be knock offs but I compared them to my current products and the packaging is the same, products look/smell/feel the same. I am more than 100% happy and will definitely be ordering from this...
