Lotus Spa Massage in Arcadia — Attraction in Arcadia

This place is straight up scamming. My fault for not reading the reviews and trusting the 4.6. There’s quite a bit of scamming history at this location if you take the 2 minutes to read. Looks like they pay for reviews too.

Called in and they said 2 people for an hour. Show up and that changed to 30 min each but separate times. No problem but the lady frantically asked for payment first.

Twenty minutes later, after a very questionable a massage, that’s a whole different story. Lady said “all done”

Funny part is I speak Chinese so no language barrier.

Ladies played dumb and frozen up when I asked about the last 10 minutes, then had the audacity to ask for tip on top of that. Why I gave them that tip, I don’t know but it still bothers me.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS HERE! They will only trick you. They don’t know how to do massage they will just massage your back and that’s it not even massaging arms and legs. Totally not satisfied-While she was massaging me, she told me that it’s ok if i will not give a tip because she will just massage me for 40 mins. Because there are incoming customers! What a terrible service! She is just after the tip! What a crazy woman. During massage, she always go out of the room and comes back after a couple of minutes! She will either go to another room and then talk to another customer waiting. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! When I complained and said i was not satisfied with their service they said “no english”. I have had massage at many places arranging from $20/hr - $120/hr and by far my experience at Lotus Spa is the worst of all. I was told to wait 30 minutes but ended up waiting over an hour. The two types of massages I want, which are posted at front desk, were no longer offered according the masseuse. After telling her that I had been waiting over an hour, she reluctantly agreed to my 2nd choice. The bed is uncomfortable. The elevated circle around the head made me feel chocked every time she pressed on my upper back. This is the only place that a body massage doesn't include massaging the head.
