My husband and I were beginning to feel furniture shopping fatigue. Then we walked into Home Zone - Arlington. Total game changer. By the time we walked in the door, we knew what features we wanted and needed, we quickly shared that information with Ellie, who met us at the door with a smile on her face, and who was ready to to listen to what we wanted, needed and were looking for in our next living room set. She took us around the floor, stopping at each display, very knowledgeable about each piece, and never wasted a moment of our time showing us things we never would have been interested in. Home Zone - Arlington was the FIRST (and we had already looked at all of their competitors in town by this time) store, where we had multiple choices. Ellie respectfully gave us the time & space to whittle it down to two choices, then was able to answer the questions we came up with. We walked away feeling like we got what we wanted, Ellie was such a pleasure to deal with, she was relaxed and personable thru the whole interaction, capable of answering each of our questions, and respectful that we needed to talk amongst ourselves privately before making such a large purchase. Thank you again Ellie, you did a great job today!!
We got all of this, without ever hearing about Home Zone until 30 minutes before we walked in their doors. We were actually referred to them by a competitor! They told us we would get great service and we were not let down. I also have to add that the price (it was inexpensive compared to what we had looked at) for that type of quality furniture, you just couldn't beat it. We’re hopeful the repairs hold up over time and that we don’t encounter the same issues again—but only time will tell. For now, we’re satisfied with the outcome and grateful for their willingness to make things right.

We purchased a beautiful sofa with a double chaise from Home Zone just over a year ago, and while the initial experience was great—our salesperson was kind and efficient—our satisfaction with the product has unfortunately faded over time. The springs in the sofa have caused significant discomfort, contributing to back pain, and the cushions have already begun to sink. It’s disappointing because we were initially so happy with our purchase, but now coming home to relax serves as a daily reminder of regret.
On top of that, the design feels flawed, with the pillows constantly shifting, which only adds to the frustration. While we purchased the warranty, what I truly wish is that I could simply return the sofa. I wouldn’t tell others not to shop here, but I would strongly encourage anyone to carefully consider their options and perhaps look into alternatives. Read moreI just wanted to give a shout out to the best furniture store I’ve been to. I’m actually going to list all of the employees there because they all took the time to help me when I was there. First I was greeted by Daniel, he’s actually the store manager and is such a great communicator on how the store works and their procedures. The first sales rep that helped me was Brittney, she was so sweet and very soft spoken and guided me to the best styles the store has to offer. The second rep was Jose and he has the sense of humor of a guy you can just hang out with for the entire visit. Third rep was Angel and you can tell he knew everything about every product and I was extremely impressed with his expertise. Fourth rep was Cady May, she was a shot of adrenaline with a country twang that felt like I was at a family owned business in the heart of Texas. The last sales rep was Suzie, she has a great sense of style and could also make me laugh just like Jose. Lastly there is Freddy who is the assistant manager. He was there for all the questions about financing and he coached me through the Goof Proof warranty and what it covered and he made it a no brainer to opt in.
