David was very professional, welcoming, helpful, patient and insightful from the hand shake greeting to the holding the door as we exited. When I left I felt vastly more confident and comfortable in my understanding of what makes a quality mattress. I never felt pressured or rushed. I actually did not make a purchase during our visit. With the knowledge I received, I shopped around and other salespersons were surprised at how knowledgeable I was. We decided to purchase a mattress with a competitor. David followed up with me and I explained to him we decided to go with a competitor and he was very understanding. Nevertheless, he was not willing to be out done. I gave him the make and model of the mattress we chose and his commitment to us went to work. Before I knew it he provided me with a better offer for the same mattress. Seeing that I had already tested the mattress I did not have to come back in to the store. He sent me a purchase link and the rest is history. I feel that the sales person started out a little condescending. Telling me that everything I saw on TV was fake. That I can't judge the comfort of a bed by sitting on it, (Duah). Etc... It just felt like he didn't think we were serious about buying a bed and just wanted to get rid of us. But, after about 10 minutes of me asking a lot of questions, I realized he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was very technical in his answers to all of my questions about comfort, breathe ability, and durability of each type of mattress. We settled on the PURPLE 3 mattress and the highest end bed fittings and pillows. We ended up getting a very good deal and a one year payment plan with no int'rest.
