I had the incredible opportunity to visit METROFLEX GYM and experience something unforgettable. At the end of my workout, I greeted and talked to bodybuilding legends like Brian Dobson, Ronnie Coleman, Branch Warren and Johnnie Jackson. It was a privilege to exchange a few words with these icons, who embody the hardcore spirit of METROFLEX GYM.

Being a member from one of the metroflex gyms on the west coast I had to find a way one day to visit the original and legendary MF! Finally got the opportunity and it was as expected ! There isn't any gym around that can replicate or try to recreate the hardcore no Bs atmosphere that you get the second you walk through the doors. Words cannot describe how inspiring and motivating this place is. Just like sterns gym in San Diego or Golds in Venice I could be here for hours and not even know it, like a kid at Disneyland. If you get an opportunity to come train here do so. Staff was very welcoming to me the second I got there and treated me like family. Best part was getting the opportunity to place my name on the wall in front of Big Ronnie's famous 800 squats. Can't wait to...

I've always wanted to train at Metroflex and yesterday I finally took the time to get a day pass and make it a reality. The environment was electric. There was no one playing on their phone, hogging equipment, doing half reps or standing around talking. Just hard core, old school, real lifting. Some people think that a gym that is so hardcore would be filled with ego maniacs but the reality is this gym is for the truly dedicated that know what they are doing. It's the newbies, trying impress girls at the big chain gyms you have to watch out for. I got a great workout and look forward to making visiting the gym a monthly occurrence.
