Rent-A-Center — Attraction in Arlington

Be careful with this location, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Highly disorganized, unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful Staff with terrible customer service. After being unable to complete the online process, which is supposed to be a convenient way to shop, I spoke with Manager Ozzy about their inventory and how the online process is messed up. He explained that just because it shows in stock online at their location doesn’t mean they actually have it and he would need to call around to other stores to find it. I ended up taking off work to go in store to complete my order as I was trying to establish delivery before the Black Friday sales rush. I had an emergency situation where my family had to move and quickly find furniture. I then spoke with Brandon who seemed more professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. After compromising and choosing a bedroom set they had in store and could be delivered faster, I was assured that my furniture was reserved would be delivered ASAP the following Friday. Ozzy then calls me back the day of delivery again eager to cancel my order, and explains that they DO NOT have what I signed my agreement for and canceled the order upon my request. I was just not willing to continue to go back and forth with someone who was already rude so I decided to move on to another furniture company that would value my business and assist with my urgent needs..If you must use this location, you have to go in store and see it for yourself. the first time I had to call them over and over to get them to even assist with making sure the steps to my application were met and if we could schedule my delivery date . they never answer the phone when they do they have to “call you back” but never do . they have some ghetto people there as well who would rather argue you down than accept that they have terrible customer service skills . do not go go to this location unless you want your time waisted . If you need to rent something be prepared to maybe receive it,maybe not. They ask you to sign docs online PLUS more proof of lease, & your income ( if you’re self employed forget about it ). However, they will lead you to think you were accepted and they will send you message confirmations with specific date/ times about your delivery. Only to give them a call and find out the documents were not accepted. Letting you struggle to find an alternative last minute because they don’t do a follow up call to let you know otherwise.
