My husband went to pick up our order not knowing what I had ordered at the Pizza Hut on the corner of Arkansas Lane and S. Cooper St in Arlington, Texas. The Pizza Hut failed to give him the wings and sauce that we ordered, they just gave him the two medium pizzas. When I called to let the store know, the young lady who answered Melissa, kept putting me on hold while I was still talking. I told her that I wanted the wings delivered and I was told that the manager, Kody said it would be at least 45 minutes. I told her that was unacceptable as we are only a few minutes away. Still Kody said that we would have to wait to have them delivered. I asked to speak to him three times before Melissa got him on the phone. He was so rude and insisted that either my husband had to make a second trip up there to get the wings or get a refund on the wings or wait the 45 minutes. I told him that we wanted a full refund of the entire amount due to the pizza having become cold after all of this. He even admitted that it was a mistake on their part. He said that in order to get a refund, we needed to bring the two pizza's back. I could not believe it!!! I have ordered from Pizza Hut for years and never have I had such an ordeal and a manager unwilling to make things right with a loyal customer!! My husband took the pizza back and got a refund and told Mr. Charleston that he couldn't believe that he refused to make things right and that Pizza Hut has lost some customers over lousy customer loyalty!! Read moreI ordered a large, thin and crispy pizza. When I got it home, It had so much sauce on it that it would have been impossible for it to be crispy without totally burning it. There was no crispness to it except for the very edge of the crust. The sauce taste was very overwhelming and made it difficult to taste any of the toppings that were on it. And of course the pieces were very droopy when you picked them up, which meant the crust on the bottom was a doughy texture and taste. Guess I'll go back to Dominos. June 14, 2022 - Decided to try this place out again. Ordered The Edge Pizza with pep, mush and Italian sausage. Also an order of boneless chicken wings (my first taste ever of any boneless wings). The pizza was excellent, except you're not able to order a 1/2 and 1/2 online because there is no place to ask for this kind of special request. I did talk to a girl on the phone there and she said that it wouldn't be a problem to make it that way. Well...it didn't come as a half and half like she said it would be. But it was still very good. The boneless wings were not much bigger than nuggets, so to me it really wasn't worth the price, even if they weren't to bad. Good experience for the most part though. Probably will be back. Read moreWhile attempting to place an order today at 11:45am, to a business that has had delivery several times from this location, I was informed by the person who answered the call, they could not deliver here. After giving and spelling the address of the business office several times, I was placed on hold for about 7 minutes before the "manager" answered replying they did not deliver here. He informed us the locations 10 minutes away was the store to deliver to us. Granted, the Arkansas location is 2.1 miles from our building. We have had corporate deliveries from this location multiple times but just to appease the rep and manager, I called the other location just for them to confirm they indeed did not deliver to us. When I called back to the Arkansas location the manager became extremely rude when asked for corporate information and his name. The condescending way he spoke to me is a horrible representation of this location and business. I've found the number to corporate and will be filing a formal complaint Monday morning. Our corporation has done hundreds of transactions with this location and from a company that employees over 1000 people, I'm sure they will hate to lose this business on account of the rudeness of the employees and refusal to deliver.
