I took my fiancée to go look for a lip gloss for her. I let here go look for what she wanted and I went to look at the colognes, please tell me why when I’m looking there an Asian worker (did not introduce herself) comes up and says “hi, is anything I can help with” and I replied to her and she said “oh not you” and proceeded to speak to the older couple next to me. I understand if she had been helping them before but she wasn’t. She also had the audacity to come back and bring one of those paper things to spray the cologne on and handing it to me and when I grabbed it she took it back and gave it to the couple again! That was rude and I wish I could say that was it but no. Turns out this girl was also being rude to my fiancée! She said that she brought baskets to some other customers just “to be nice” I guess but she didn’t bring one for my fiancée. My fiancée asked for a sample of a face cream and that same Asian girl walked off without saying anything and spoke with another worker she also rolled her eyes as my fiancée made that request. My fiancée walked around and the Asian girl was looking for her 30 minutes after the initial request. To put the cherry on top that same girl was standing at the exit with her hands behind her back and when me and my fiancée left she said nothing! Come on dude you work retail that’s the least you can do. I used to work in retail as well and this is a terrible worker and I hope she gets fired. Also if anyone can reply to me is this how samples come? Cause it looks like she didn’t even try! Fire this girl please she only wants to help...

Read morei usually dont like to ask anyone for help because they are smart asses. they dont try to help you. they pretend you to know already so i just wonder why are they even there? then asking you if you need help and if you ask for it they are like almost rolling their eyes at you for asking questions. i told them i was trying to find and eye shadow base/primer. the lady with the short grayish hair about her 20s and wearing pijamas(looked like) and old uggs said "which one?" i told her "well im not sure but the outside was green".. then she starts asking her coworker she was talking to if she has seen an eye primer in a green box. then she starts asking LOUD.at her other coworkers across the store if she has seen an eyeliner in a green box. so i walked away totally ignoring her. never felt so embarrased. I'm not an make up pro or know it all about what where and how to use makeup beside the basics. i went here to see if they could be of help but NO. Youtube is more informative and helpful than this annoying patch faces. If you go there dont expect a good cutomer...
