I will start by saying I go to chick Fila for the excellent customer service that they have a reputation for! I relocated here from the East Coast and I will say, they have better customer service in that area then here in Texas. This is the second time in the past month that my mobile order has been missing something. The first time I just let it go. But today I decided to get it corrected. I ordered a parfait with the cookies, after driving to work to realize that they gave me the granola instead, I decided to go back! First checking to make sure that I ordered correctly, in which I did. I went back through the drive, I explained it to the greeter. He made note and had me drive though. To get to the point; the young lady walked up and after I gave her my name, the first thing she said was "in order to give you the the new parfait, we have to get the other one back" which was no problem I had it out and ready to give it back!
I will say in all my years of working in fast food, I thought it was very unprofessional to ask for it back! in my training, we never take food back after its left the restaurant! We would just tell the customer to keep it. I hope she threw it away and didn't resale it.
And by the way. Not one time did they apologize for their mix up and for my inconvenience!

Read moreThe place was so busy that it took several minutes for just a small line of three people to even input their orders, imagine if it was a lunch rush. When I finally got my order of 12 grilled nuggets and a large fries I had noticed that the The cashier ended up mistakenly ordering me an extra medium fries that I did not want, oh well. You tried to sanitize my hands with the hand sanitizer that was placed before the line, but it was completely out of sanitizer.
As usual, I'm glad that Chick-fil-A has a regular amount of gluten free options. However, quality-wise, the grilled nuggets weren't that impressive as their texture was just slimier than usual, but the fries and water were good.
They have a lot of food court generalized seating which adds to a sort of excitement that only the mall atmosphere can provide. The guy handing me my order was very friendly. I just wasn't that impressed with the food itself.

Read moreI used the drive thru this morning. When I arrived at the window and was given my order, it wasn't correct. I explained to the young lady at the window that all of the food items containing meat should be separated from the non meat items. In other words - two separate bags. The meat items in one bag and the non meat items in a separate bag. She apologized for the error and rectified the situation immediately.
