Customer Service here normally is ok, but on Friday it was beyond unacceptable. (01/05/2018) I worked in the mall PT, so It was my break and I got some food from here. My total was 6.79 according to the lady who fixed my food. I get to the register, assuming the male cashier would be honest, but NOT. He charged me 8.19. I sat down in the mall, looked at my receipt then went back. He argued with me that I hadn't been there and that's not their receipt. I was like its says Famous Cajun Grill, I was here less than 5 minutes ago, and you overcharged me, he was nonchalant about it, when I asked for the overage that I was charged, he began to say I need to take that up with my bank, the ladies that were there agreed that I had been overcharged, he stated he was the manager and again, I need to take that up with my bank. Again, I told him it wasn't my bank mistake, it was his mistake, can he please refund me the difference that you charged me in excess. He got an attitude took out the calculator and said, loudly, "You want yo money back" I said "I do", he opened the register and gave me my money, somehow, I believe I messed up his hustle, I don't believe I was the first and I don't believe I will be the last, I was careless in not looking at my receipt before leaving, but if he take money from everyone he ring up, he racking up.    Read moreOne word. Nasty. At 5:30 pm on march 28, 2019 me and my husband had decided to try out Cajun grill. When we got there it looked good. But when we sat down and starting eating our food we immediately knew something was wrong. The honey chicken was not only old, but also burnt. My husband's noodles were gummy so we took are food back and asked for a refund. Nope. They said that they didnt do them and that we could switch our food out for something fresher. So my husband got the white rice and the jalapeño beef and I opted for bourbon chicken. When I asked to try it, she kept picking around the chicken we thought OK she is looking for something with more juice. And when we sat down again my husband said that his jalapeño beef was more cold than warm meaning they just throw the new on top of the older stuff. And as I was eating my bourbon chicken it tasted like rejected meat. Clearly this has happened more than once otherwise you wouldn't have a no refund policy. whatever you do. DO NOT spend a single dime and this place. I just hope neither me nor my husband gettls...

On September 21, 2018 at 1pm I ordered my food; a side of steamed rice, a side of lo menu, and an order of bourbon chicken. The noodles were disgusting, no flavor, and the rice wasnāt much better. I took my food back to counter to ask for a substitute for the horrible noodles. I asked for more chicken, the manager informed me it would be a dollar more. I asked for a refund, the manager informed me no refund. The only option I had was to get another nasty side. So I opted for more nasty rice. The manager took my plate and dumped my noodles out into the trash. I asked if he could at least put my food in a different plate, he said he would have to charge me for another meal!
As a manager myself, I am highly disgusted and disappointed in this service. The manager refused to give me his name, and the number he gave me to call a higher level of management is disconnected. Trust me, if you value your money and quality of food ...DO NOT EAT AT FAMOUS CAJUN GRILL AT PARKS MALL IN...
