This is a pretty small park, but it's nice to walk through, and I love the concept of an edible park. I went with my dog in the third week of September and there were ripe persimmons and chestnuts on the ground, waiting to be collected. I wish more parks would include edibles in their landscape! The entrance to the park is in the back right hand corner of the parking lot. You can pretty easily see the large, light blue and green sign when you enter the lot.

A beautiful walkable park just outside of downtown Asheville. I was amazed by its charm even not fully in bloom! This would be ultra beautiful fully into spring and can't wait to go back and see what that is all about. The path is nice and either leads you into town or just out of town....

I live in Kenilworth and love to take my pups to this park as we can leave the car in their safe parking lot and walk over the bridge and be downtown. It's a lovely park. I go...
