Powers Comics & Collectibles — Attraction in Ashwaubenon

Oh man where to begin? This place has everything you can imagine for fans of marvel, dc, and many other things. There are the regular priced comics which are all fairly priced and then my favorite section, the $1 bins.

If you are new to comics and want an easy cheaper place to start, then look no further.

I have obtained dozens of amazing comics about my favorite characters (and ones I knew very little about but learned to love) from these bins. Each and every comic/magazine is put into a plastic sleeve to protect and almost every issue i've seen has been in spectacular condition! It's not like you're buying them from a garage sale.

I love the thrill of searching for new comics i haven't read at least once weekly. It's very affordable and easy to go and buy 10-20 new comics and spend the week reading them until the next trip.

I came to Green Bay on a mini-vacation and did all the usual stuff and it was great, definitely. But the absolute best time I had in the three days I was there was in this guy's comic book shop, gleefully thumbing through the THOUSANDS of $1 comics available and the cornucopia of collectables offered. The staff was super amicable and helpful, and more than willing to put up with my meandering disposition and obvious nerd-envy.

If you are looking for Green Bay's best place to spend your stinking nerdy money, in my opinion it's right here. OH, and in the same little mini-mall is an axe-throwing place, an escape room and this super cool tabletop game store where I also spent way more than I can actually afford.

I love this place SO much. The Staff is incredible, I live out of town and can't always make it down so they put my stuff aside and when I have the time I go and get it. You have NO idea how helpful that is until you need it. I've been around since the days of Amazing Fantasy #15 and I know my stuff. And I can safely tell anyone reading this that the staff here does also; and the key to that is, if they don't know the answer to a question, they know where to find it, and that is the essence of knowledge.
