These prices are outrageous and before confirming this exaggeration they should inform the client... a French manicure cannot be considered designer and they charge an extra $50. It's shameful. I asked them to remove the cuticles because the last time Ivan didn't do it and I had an infection for two weeks and I had to put antibiotic cream on (first photo) and this time they did the same thing, I asked them to do the manicure and they don't do it, they directly put the nails on top of you and don't even clean them underneath. I feel like the quality of service is going down here. I’ve been getting my nails done here since last February and I was happy with them until the last few times I’ve been. I feel like one time they just rang me up for a random price and when I asked why that was the price they didn’t give me a straight answer. Then the time before last my nail tip broke off which has never happened before. And this last time 2 days after I left my nails started chipping on the edges. I got a spray tan with my sisters and mother two days before my wedding, the experience and staff was amazing, but our color never really developed into that deep dreamy natural tan that we paid so much for.
