Terrible experience with a lazy, non-responsive owner. Ordered a Trek Powerfly bike from them on 8/27 or 8/28/24 when the bike showed availability online for drop ship to store or my home in 2-3 days. One week later I had heard nothing so followed up. Got an email two days later from the owner Tim (see attached) saying he would follow up the next day, never heard from him. Followed up another week later on 9/11/24 by phone, was told at that time that the bike hadnāt even shipped yet and that they hadnāt followed up with the company because āI have to be able to take vacation.ā I guess the whole store must have gone on vacationš. But Tim said that he would call the company first thing and then follow up with me right after the next morning. Shockingly, I didnāt hear back. Followed up again, never got a response. I donāt leave reviews but I would implore you to take your business elsewhere - these guys are a waste of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had the most amazing day. We rented e bikes and had a great experience. However, when we left we go to the parking lot to discover a boot on our car. 160$ to get it removed. We are visiting from out of town. The bike shop should have informed us, like "hey I know you're renting from my business but be sure to park in the public parking lot or they will boot, possibly tow your car.. Very bad business in my opinion. I get it not his responsibility, but if he wants customers to return then do better. Especially if we are renting your bikes for 4to 5 hours and you know that the parking lot that your business is in has a 90 min max policy. And yes after the fact we seen the "signs" . We were so excited to explore Aspen we failed to pay attention to that small detail. Just a heads up. We would have gladly paid parking in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst bike shop experience ever. Riding a TREK Powerfly less than a week old, major failure coming down from Maroon Bells. Took it here to get the problem diagnosed. They wouldn't take two minutes to look at it. Told me it was probably my fault, because I let the bike get up to 40 mph coming down from Maroon Bells and everybody knows mountain bikes aren't supposed to go that fast. I've been riding mountain bikes for over thirty years and never knew there was a self-destruct speed.
Two weeks later I bought a new electric assist bike for myself, and you can bet...
