Great customer service and representation of the company.

My husband and I came to Aspen for Thanksgiving week. We were walking around going into all of the beautiful stores. We happened to bump into the Oliver Smith Jeweler/Panerai store. Since my husband and I are both Panerai collectors, we decided to go in and see what they had. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Harry Graham. He was so kind, welcoming, and had a special charm that made us feel so comfortable. Then we met Emre, the manager of the store who is also as charming as Harry. We stayed for almost 4 hours purchased a Panerai watch and decided that we are going to upgrade my wedding ring in this store. These guys are the real deal and know that they will take care of us. During our visit, we mentioned we were going to go fishing and we did not want to get our nice coats, dirty. Immediately Harry And Emre told us we could borrow their coats to go fishing. The next day we came back and they had the coats waiting for us to use. We went fishing with their coats and were completely warm and caught several fish. Emre and Harry are a great team and are great representatives of this company. We are definitely going to be long-term clients...

I generally do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after the exceptional service I received at Oliver Smith Jeweler in Aspen, Co. I was on vacation with the wife and on a whim I decided to walk into this jewelry store. I was completely blown away with their selection of high-end watches, which is my main vice.

I was completely surprised to see an exceptional GMT Coke from 2007 with box and papers. This has been one of my grail watches for I can’t tell you how long. The wife saw me salivating and I know she got nervous. I was a dog with a bone and I could not let this get away.

I worked with Oliver, the owner, Elizabeth, the manager, and Skyler, an exceptional, personable employee. All of them could not be nicer and very professional.

We’ve made multiple Panerai purchases from Elizabeth and her team Oliver Smith Jewelers, and it’s been an absolute pleasure each time! Their selection of available pieces, their knowledge and passion for the Panerai brand, and their personal service is always terrific. We’ve made “in store” purchases, as well as “from afar”....and the level of care, follow-up, and professionalism always brings us back. Don’t let the fact that you may not be “in” Aspen or Scottsdale keep you from purchasing from them...you won’t be disappointed...:)
