Two years ago I got a pair of Persol sunglasses here. They tightened them in the store because they were super loose and it felt fine. After about a week they loosened again but I wasn't in Aspen anymore. Throughout the year I went to 3 different sunglass hut locations and no one could tightened them permanently; after about a week they would loosen again and fall off my face. All 3 stores told me it was because they gave me the pair off the shelf that everyone tries on. I went back to Aspen a year later and I understand that it was too long ago to return them but I have to say I'm super frustrated that they couldn't do anything about it. I went in to pick up an order from Oakley sunglasses I had shipped here and was told that because I ordered it under my partners name, I wouldn’t be able to take it, even though I showed the credit card it was purchased with and my partners ID. While I was in there I asked the product name of some Oakley sunglasses and was given the totally incorrect name. Then I asked if they had replacement lenses for jawbreakers and in a truly nasty tone I was told “we don’t carry jawbreakers”. Instead of saying they didn’t carry them and would she like me to place an order for them. Just really bad overall experience here....

The lady told me they had been worn, which I had only tried them on once and then placed them in their original packaging because I did not like the product. She refused to make a return for me and it had been less than 30 days. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and was absolutely unsatisfied. Do not visit this store! She did not honor their “Easy Returns” policy and suggested I go back to where I bought them...
